Blood Is Thicker Than Water

[GOLD BLOODS] - They are the highest ranking and most magically powerful blood color, but are in smaller numbers due to infertility problems caused by inbreeding. They have the strongest powers out of all the blood colors and hold the highest positions in the government, usually King, Queen and the rest of the Royal family. People with golden blood are usually unbelievably beautiful, which adds to their god like status. They normally marry and have children with people of their blood color, wanting to keep the blood line pure and strong. Unfortunately, this has lead to a drop in their numbers and children coming out with health problems along with slow magical and physical development.

[SILVER BLOODS] - They are the second most magically powerful blood color. Their powers are very strong, but aren't strong enough to take down a gold blood on their own. Being the second powerful, silver blooded people normally take the second most powerful jobs like war generals, royal advisers and just plain old rich aristocrats/businessmen. In the looks department, silver bloods are quite attractive, but pale in comparison to the golds and usually get annoyed when people point how close they are to being at the top. Silver bloods using get married to their own blood, red bloods for fertility reasons and on rare actions, gold bloods.

[BLUE BLOODS] - You can't really say they are the third most magically powerful because they only become that when they're in groups. Their jobs are manual labor, as in servants, bodyguards and soldiers in the military. Their physical strength really out does their magical strength and the higher bloods really put them to work because of it. You can easily spot a blue blood on the street because they all have a common body type, tall with a strong physique and eyes that could kill. They normally get married to red bloods and are known to be very devoted partners, there have also been a few scandals of blue bloods having affairs with higher ranked bloods.

[RED BLOODS] - Were once the only blood color before the meteors hit and things were all fine and dandy around the world. But after the meteor hit, red were surprised to find out that they weren't gifted with all of the powers the other bloods were gifted with. They were also surprised to find out they're only good for being wives and husband's because of their high fertility levels, even the men had developed the ability to conceive children due to the meteor. They're allowed to have normal jobs like small shop owner, teacher and delivery person, but there main priority is to have families, do dirty jobs such as mining, and take care of the household.

[BLACK BLOODS] - The lowest blood color out of all of the blood colors. They have the weakest powers and are treated terribly. Most have no education and are given the jobs that no one wants do for little or no pay at all. They all live in poverty and are treated like the scum of the earth by the rest of the bloods, their nicknames are the "untouchables" and they legally aren't even allowed to be with different blood colors no matter how much they may love each other. These people pretty much have nothing to look forward to in life and the mortality rate is unbelievable high for them. One of these days they won't be able to take it anymore and they will rise.

[INFO ON BLOOD GENETICS] - When two people love each other very much or are pressured by their royal parents, they might decide it's time for them to have little versions of themselves running around. That hasn't changed, but things have definitely changed with genetics now that blood color and powers have come along. It is very common for different blood colors to be together and eventually decided to have children. When this happens, a new blood color does not pop up out of no where. The child can end up developing the blood color of either parent, but they always develop the power level of the lower blood color. This is why golds mostly stay in their blood color and despise when they have to go out of their blood color to create any children, they usually end up emotionally neglecting the child even if they end up inheriting the gold blood color.
