Chapter 14: Interesting Breakfast

Emma’s P.O.V

The car stopped signaling that we were home.

“Emma, wake up” I heard a familiar voice say

“Mmmm”

“Come on Em, you can sleep when we get inside”

“mmm” I replied again before holding my hands out in front of me, my eyes still closed.

Liam laughed lightly but picked me up in his arms, bridal style, and somehow got me out of the car, I wrapped my hands around his neck. As soon as we were outside I felt a gust of cold wind hit my face. I buried my head into Liam’s chest for protection. I felt his chest vibrate from him laughing.

All of a sudden the air changed from cold to warm as we entered my house. I felt Liam carry me down the stairs to my room, and before I knew it I was being gently placed in my bed. Liam pulled the covers over me and kissed my forehead.

“Li?” I mumbled while grabbing his arm so he couldn’t leave.

“Yes babe?”

“Don’t leave”

“Baby…”

“Please, I don’t want to be alone...” I begged with my eyes still closed. I heard him sigh and shuffle around, probably taking off his shoes, before the covers were lifted and he climbed in my bed. As soon as he laid down he put his arm around me and I snuggled (haha funny word) into his chest.

“Li?”

“Mhm?”

“Thank you” I whispered due to how tired I was. He just held me tighter and kissed the top of my head. The last thing I remembered was falling asleep in his arms.

I slowly started to wake up. I rubbed my eyes to adjust them to the sudden brightness. The first thing I noticed was that I was alone. I could have sworn Liam was with me when I fell asleep. I though to myself.

As I sat up in bed I noticed a note on the pillow next to me. It read:

                        Em,

            Upstairs cooking breakfast come up when you ready!

                                    -Li Xxx

I smiled to myself before getting out of bed. I threw on some sweatpants and Liam’s hoddie/jumper (or whatever you wanna call it). It smelled like him. Again I smiled to myself, but then laughed when I realized how creepy that sounded. I then ran my fingers threw my hair and put it into a bun on the top of my head.

As I trudged up the stairs I could smell bacon being made. I walked into the kitchen.

“Ah, look who’s up” Liam said from his position by the stove, cooking the bacon. Niall was sitting at the counter basically drooling over the food being made.

“Hey babe” I said as I walked over to Liam and gave him a kiss on the cheek, stealing one of the already cooked bacons in the process.

“Hey! How come she gets one!?!” Niall whined. Busted. Liam looked over to me as I innocently ate the rest of the piece of bacon. He smiled.

“because I like her better”

At this Niall gasped and stormed out of the room. I giggled to myself.

“Where are the rest of the boys?”

“Down stairs playing video games, hope you don’t mind.” Liam said as he finished cooking the last piece of bacon and turning off the burner.

“Nope, not at all.” I replied sitting on the counter. “My brothers aren’t home anyways”

“Brothers?” He walked towards me

“Yep, two” I practically whispered due to how close Liam was to me. My legs were separated and Liam was now standing in between them (do remember I am sitting on the counter, so its not that weird).

“Mmm, cool” He whispered back before closing the gap between us.

At first this was just an innocent kiss. But that was before I pulled myself closer to him filling in the gap between our bodies. Liam had both his hands on my back, supporting me/us, so that we wouldn’t fall. Both my hands were playing with his hair.

As the kiss got deeper and deeper, Liam slid his tongue along my bottom lip, asking for entrance. I gladly accepted. By this time we were full on snogging. He kissed me with such passion and love. It was this moment that I realized I was truly in love with Liam Payne.

A/N: So? What’d ya think? I know its short, but I worked really hard on it. I’ve been having a bit of writers block lately .. so sorry its been a while since I have updated. Anyways!
