Jade's POV

[time skip, a few moths later]

It's been a few normal months, nothing big happening except for shooting SOR and a few videos for YouTube and Nickelodeon.

It was a Saturday, and Rico was coming over to hang out. We've been asked a lot to make a Coldplay cover together, so we thought about actually doing it, since it was a great idea and sounded really fun!

I was setting everything up for filming it, when I looked at the clock and realized that the brownies I made for us were probably ready! Since we both love brownies with ice cream, I decided to make us some.

There is also a little surprise I prepared for Rico, since tomorrow is our friendship anniversary. It's been almost 3 years since we became best friends! I kinda wish we could be more than that, but I'm happy to have him by my side!

Ding dong!

I opened the door, and saw Rico standing on my porch.

"Hey Jadey!" He said, smiling.

"Hey Rico!" I said, and we hugged.

"Are you ready to make that cover?!" He asked, holding up his guitar.

"Yeah! I was thinking we could sing Yellow, or A Sky Full Of Stars." I said, closing the door as we walked up to my room.

"How about we do both?" He suggested.

"Yeah, perfect! Let's get started."

After about 2 hours, we had both videos edited and ready to be posted! We decided to watch some old SOR episodes eating brownie and ice cream.

"Jade?" Rico said.

"Yeah?"

"So... tomorrow is a special day for us, right?"

"Yes, I'm so happy about it!"

"Me too! And... I have a little something for you. Here, I hope you like it!" He said, giving me a small box. I opened it, revealing a friendship bracelet. He showed me his wrist, and he had its pair. (A/N: picture above! Jade's red, but imagine Rico's dark blue 😉❤️💙)

"OMG, this is so beautiful! Thank you so much, Rico Whiny! I love it so much!" I said, hugging him really tight.

"I'm glad you liked it, Jadius Maximus!"

"I loved it! And I have something for you too. Wait a second." I walked in my closet and grabbed a big box, and gave it to him.

He opened the box, revealing a new guitar that we saw at the mall 2 weeks ago, that he liked a lot. But the best thing is, it was signed by Coldplay.

"Oh my God, Jade! That's awesome! That's the best present I've ever got, thank you so much!" He said, and hugged me, spinning me around as we both laughed.

"I think we should hang out again tomorrow, you know, to celebrate." I said.

"Agreed! I think I have an idea of what we could do." He said.

"What?"

"Nope, not telling. It's gonna be a surprise. But trust me, you're gonna love it!"

"Rico, pleaseee tell me! Pretty please?" I asked, giving him my puppy eyes that he can't resist.

"No, don't do this to me! I'm not telling you!" He said, closing his eyes.

"Fine!" I said, giving up.

I can't wait to see what he planned!

So sad to announce that there's only 1 chapter left.

Again, I'm sorry this was a kinda short book, but I don't have the time to write more chapters, so next one will be the final.

Also, there will be no sequel, and I don't know when or if I'll start writing another book. When I get used to my schedule, maybe? I don't know, even thought I really want to!
