Freezing A Broken Heart

Chapter III: Part I

Okay before I start the chapter I just want to say one thing. Thank you all for all the support you've shown this story. If I didn't get any support I probably wouldn't continue this or any of my stories. I can't thank you all enough for supporting me and my stories.Now onto the chapter.

-Lucy's POV-

I watch Gray and Erza walk back, curious as to what they were talking about but I didn't want to ask either of them. I don't know but I may be feeling something for Gray. He was there for me after what happened a couple weeks ago. I've started to actually feel happy when I'm around Gray even more so than when I was with... him... I fell asleep on the train and since I was sitting next to Gray my head falls onto his shoulder. I wake up once we reach the town and we walk out of the train and train station, I hold Gray's hand again. We all walk in complete silence until we reach the house, I watch Erza knock on the door and the door open.

"Are you the Fairy Tail wizards?"

"Yeah we are."

"Thank you for arriving you three."

"It's no problem ma'am."

"Please come in." All three of us walk into the home of the woman who sent the job request. We all sat on the couch and the woman sat on the opposite couch.

"It happened about 3 days ago. A charm necklace, given to me by my late husband who passed away a couple months back, was stolen by a group of dark wizards. My late husband was a wizard and the necklace held a very strong Lacryma inside it."

"That must be why those dark wizards wanted it."

"Yeah it was. I think they are in the abandoned mine at the edge of town."

"Thank you. We'll go get your necklace back. Gray, Lucy. Let's go."

"Right Erza." I notice Gray said it at the same time as me, which caused me to blush a little, surprising. We all walk out to the mine, we got to it by the end of the day.

"Alright. We're here."

"Let's get going." I was the first one to go in. Followed by Gray and Erza. We go down a stair case which lead to a two way path. As we step near it a large shake happened and it caused some rocks to fall. Gray rescued me into one path but Erza was forced into the other path. So... it was just me and Gray now.
