Our story begins with Bou. She had just graduated High School and with no ambitions and only 3 friends, she knew she was screwed. Getting a job was her main priority as she wanted to stop leeching off of her friends.
Her parents kicked her out when she was 14 as they were very strict and tired of her childish ways. A part of her was happy to leave as she was no longer under her parents control and could now do whatever she liked, but the rest of her felt miserable because of it as she had no money, no moral support and no roof over her head. She felt very alone at this point in time, she lived in an unused broom closet at her high school and didn't have any friends. That was until a new kid joined in the year above her.
The new kid's name was Autumn, Aut for short, and arrived at school on her first day two hours early. She did this so she could memorise each classroom so she wouldn't be that cliche kid in movies who walks around looking lost the whole day, that's never a good start. When trying to find her form room she accidentally stumbled into the broom cupboard and found Bou sleeping, she woke her up and Bou explained her situation. After that they became best friends and Bou moved in with Aut, Aut's parents took Bou in as if she were their own. They clothed her and fed her and gave her a room of her own, they had pretty much adopted her.
After high school Bou's friendship group expanded when she met Isabel and Alice, both of them had issues with finding friends but not in the same way as Bou did. They had a tendency to isolate themselves from others as they aren't the most social people alive.
Everyone agreed to take a gap year before UNI so they can get their shit together. They all moved into a two bedroom apartment that they all paid for equally, so between the four of them rent was alright and not too expensive. Since there are four of them and two rooms, sharing rooms was obvious. Aut bunked with Bou and Alice with Isabel.
They figured their gap year would be fun, but their lives were about to completely change.
A quick description of each character:
Bou: A freckly individual, medium length curly brown hair and hazel eyes with gold specks, 5'8, alcohol is a must, stoner, hobbies include art and acting, pansexual, lives for the aesthetics, has all the bants, secretly kinky, single.
Isabel/Issy: Icy blue eyes, long wavy white hair, 5'2 midget, rarely seen not hammered, has a special horse named Rainy, doggo's all the way, blind as a bat, saltier than the sea, thinks shes probs demisexual, very carefree yet logical single.
Autumn/Aut: Dip dyed lavender and brown hair, space gray eyes, a bean, loves songwriting, talented af at singing, keeps everyone out of trouble (well she tries), loves jamming out to good tunes, knows everyone's secrets, bisexual, loves horses, the mother of the group.
Ally: Long wavy black hair, questioning her sexuality, eyes as black as her soul, 5'5, hobbies include scaring small children and horse riding, lightweight, is kept away from alcohol by the others (New Year's flashbacks), is lovely when you get past her "I want to kill you" persona, probably a satanist, "unique", single.
