A letter to the boy who saved me and left me the way he found me,
I was broken, I was scared, I was worried. I was left in the shadows and ignored yet cared for non the less. I was surviving and living like issues was a word of never experienced.
When you found me, you took me in under your wings and kept me safe without making it noticeable, you let me be myself and never judged me for it. You let the little kid in my shine free and carelessly like old times. While I still had my fears, you made me forget about them for at least one day, you made me forget the past and made me felt like i'd started a new book.
You made me whole and you made me completed. Without you by my side on a day to day basis, I never had my soldier, I was left defending the demons of my own experiences on my own.
You put in a place where I felt loved and cared for, you put me on paradise island and the only population was you and I. You were my prince, and you told I was your princess.
For while you put me on the paradise island, you left me there when the trees wilted and the grass got burned by the sun, when my princess crown has fallen you were never to put it back to the same.
You left me broken in the arms on my friends and not your own. You left me the same girl you met, but more and more broken.
I see you everyday, with the girl you saved. With the other girl you saved, I see you as if you've forgotten me. Like I was never there. You and her laugh the same laugh that we used to, you and her are couple we used to be.
I never changed you, but you changed me.
