One day your living a normal life and the next your dad is so worried about his health and who will be there for what he has created. I can say I truly hate who he had become. My dad was so built around his guns and shit, wealth and fame that he lost grip at life with his family. He let alone ignored my mother and cheat on her every chance he got. My dad only cares about himself.
So when he yelled for me on my sixteenth birthday I ignored him. I knew that after my party he wanted to have the talk that I so dreaded.

"KATIA GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE!" He screamed from the top of his lungs.  Great I knew if I didn't make my way down he was going to come looking for me and it will be worse. I left my room and slammed the door so he knew I was coming.
I made it downstairs to the living room he was sitting on the left side on his favorite black lazy boy. My mom on the other hand was on the couch eyeing my father.
"Katia I know you know what this is about and I really need you to be happy about this think of it as being the most powerful women!"
He pleaded.

I just looked at him with a disgusted face this is not what I want.

"Why do you have to make me do something I don't want. I wanted to live a normal life away from all of the attention and need for it. I want to be happy about my own accomplishment not yours " I stated.

He was so disappointed and angry that I can already tell I was in for it. His face started to turn red and he started to sit up.
" DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD I WORKED TO BE WHERE I AM ? HOW HARD I WORKED FOR THE CLOTHES, HOUSE AND  EVERYTHING THAT YOU HAVE KATIA ?"

He was super red at this moment.

    "I'm done!"
"Your going to live with my brother in Thailand," "Maybe you will appreciate everything that you have and decide to change your mind about taking over!" He exhaled, grabbing ahold of his tantrum he just pulled.

      I just looked at him.

"Fuck this shit I'm out of here." I said as I got up and headed to the door.

"Katia your not going anywhere this doesn't change the fact of my decision!"

"Whatever!" I yelled as I slammed the door behind me.

I wanted to get away from this place anywhere but here. He thinks that he can control every step of my life like some type of chess game. Playing me piece by piece. Hell no! I refuse to be a pawn in someones life.
I kept walking fast towards the gate. I requested an Uber and it picked me up at the corner of my house. I headed for a bar down south beach which was like 10 minutes from my house.

"The Clevelander" that's where I got dropped off. It's on ocean drive I have no idea what street. I know you guys are thinking how can a sixteen year old girl get into a place like this? I'm hoping I could sneak in without an I.D. "Shit it was worth a try" I did look older than what I'm suppose to be.

As I got there, pinned with everyone, I made it seem I was with the group in front of me.
I looked around and there were so many people walking around; lights and cars everywhere .

Finally, We got to the gate and they asked for I.D.  I was freaking screwed.
" I forgot mine at home!" I said as I did a cute smile and wink at the guy.
"Sorry I can't let you in." He said without the smile or wink phasing him.
Man I swear I was so disappointed in myself because I looked like an idiot.
I started to walk down the street heading for the corner while so many people were pushing and brushing against me as I walked . This was the only thing I can say I hate from ocean drive. It is always crowded with people! I made it to the corner when I took a right. I headed down the alley because a few blocks up there was an ice cream place.
