He'd come home exhausted that day. Whatever he'd done on the Hokage Monument, he was sweaty and she'd sent him for another shower as he had wanted to start cooking like that. She noticed his wrapped arms though, so he'd bought something on his own after all. A good choice for a Ninja... Also she'd found out he could write, and even had a nice, readable handwriting, unlike some blond blockhead ninja she knew. Tatakai seemed to be so tired, that he went straight to bed after dinner. His door was closed and she was annoyed that he'd slipped past the medical examination once more; She felt divided about entering his room, after all, he had come from a place with no privacy at all, he must enjoy that change, she didn't want to compromise it all the time.
When she got out of the bathroom the next morning, he was sitting in the kitchen drinking tea and eating a tomato. Food was waiting in the pan. He moved more slow and deliberate, unlike the day before and she decided that it was time, they'd do the medical after eating.
"I'll run a full medical check on you after this." He looked up, eyes squinted disapprovingly. "You're not getting out of it. It's not only for your benefit, but it's practice for me." He was somewhat shocked when he found that he didn't feel like fighting back so much. She seemed to know her work, of course he hated the invasion, but honestly, she seemed to care for health and he definitely wasn't on the healthy side right now, even though no bones were broken. As long as she kept away from his eyes,... what choice did he have anyway? Not that he trusted her otherwise. But that bit of trust made him angry.
It wouldn't last! Even if she didn't betray him, he still was alone in the end. No matter how sugar coated all this here was, he was still a slave, a slave supposed to obey. And she asked for more than he was ready to give, yet for less than would be considered inappropriate. In fact, he knew, there was no nudity required with these scans. He ached all over from working out his body yesterday, and he knew, he'd only be making it worse today. He got up and stalked to the room he was staying in now.

Sakura found him sitting on his bed, arms crossed. Staring at her with hate close to murderous.
"What's wrong?" Her voice was soft, considerate. His eyes met hers, a flash of red.
'Everything'
Sakura was taken aback. The word had just resounded in her head, poisonous; For a moment she had felt an overwhelming hatred, one she had only seen glimpses of in his face. He moved, lay down with a huff, glaring at her, hating the idea of her invading his body this way, no matter the reason.
'go ahead'
He wasn't okay with this, but how could he refuse? It was but a simple medical check up. And indeed it felt invasive, but in a gentle, non dangerous way. Still, he was wary of it. He'd seen the moves before, she obviously knew what she was doing and did it with routine.

"Hmm, I wonder how you're able to move today, you must be sore as hell. Just what did you do?!" It was a rhetorical question and went ignored pretty much.
Dark eyes warily kept track of her as she worked. She felt him tense every time she started healing something, he was clearly uncomfortable. She urged those tiny shreds in his muscle, which only could have come from extensive training, to close, working limb for limb. It was a good practice for Chakra control, as the wounds were small, something she usually didn't heal at all. She knew though, this practice would be worth gold for tiny but difficult operations that could easily be messed up. She also took care of some darker bruising. Then at the end, she grabbed his grazed wrists and he could see the greenish glow as she encouraged the healing to take place one last time.
