t w o; dream

the time was currently half eleven at night, the moonlight shining through the slim gap in the curtains kept yoongi from closing his eyes.

even though the moonlight could hardly be seen, his imagination could picture the stars shining and the moonlight blooming and that's what caused his eyes to stay forcefully opened.

every day consists of the same things: wake up, go to school, come home and then draw to keep himself awake.

yoongi used to love sleeping, however for the past few months, the same brown-haired girl has appeared into every single one of his dreams.

yeah, a cute girl may be fun for the first few days, but not for three months.

he try to restrain himself from dropping to sleep - to which he never succeeds - just to avoid seeing the girl over and over. which is tiring.

his parents told him that he should start to draw the girl that appears in my dreams to get it out of my system.

four notebooks along, and she's still there.

mystery girl never announces her name, nor do we ever communicate with one another, he just observes her and whatever she's doing, which sounds creepy.

there was this one dream he had the other day was her dancing in an old dance room in their high school.

she was dancing alone in the studio which led me to to conclusion that she has no friends, but my next dream showed her in a café sipping on an iced tea with two other girls which made me abandon that idea.

what was weird is the fact that he's seen those two girls before but not mystery girl.

before the boy could notice, his eyes had finally fluttered themselves closed, making him drift into a deep slumber.

the morning after

the bleeping of my alarm clock had woken me up for once, seen as though i usually wake up naturally by the annoying birds outside.

once i had gotten changed, i had fifteen minutes to spare until jin was coming to take me to school, so i packed my notebook and art supplies into my backpack and made sure to leave my phone and headphones out so i could listen to music in the car since jin is always listening to classical music.

don't get me wrong, classical music is alright, but listening to the same damn song on repeat every single day, to and from school, it gets on my nerves.

in the midst of my mental rant, the car honking from outside knocked me back into realisation that i have to get in the car, since jin waits for nobody, he'll leave in thirty seconds if i don't scurry now.

"took you long enough," jin complained the first moment i stepped into the car beside taehyung.

"whatever," and put my earbuds into my ears.

"this boy," jin complained once again, loud enough for me to hear over my music.

the car journey was the norm, listening to the boys ranting about one thing or another, even though my music was at the maximum volume, they're so damn loud.

namjoon broke the door handle, yet again, earning a slap on the back of the head from jin once we stepped out of the car, which made the younger boys burst into fits of laughter.

now to face the day, the first lesson i had was art. along with music, my favourite subject is art since it's the time when i can actually draw without my parents shouting at me to do the chores or the boys teasing me for drawing mystery girl.

even though they know all about my dreams and sleeping habits, and the notebooks of course, they still love to ease the shit out of me for it.

idiots.
