He would surprise you with a big teddy bear. Then he would get all your favorite things. Watch your favorite movie and cuddle. Or he would try to make you dinner, but Alfred would help too.

Now Jason would most likely act like he is too tough for Valentine's day. But he would do something sweet like change the bat signal to say "I love you N/N".
Tim~
Timmy boy would honestly forget what day it is. You would go the morning completely angry and ignore him. Then he would hack into all the technology in the house. The message would have a poem about how much he loves you. Then play your favorite song until Bruce forces him to change everything back.
Damian~
Dami Bird would shower you in gifts. Starting with roses all around the manor. Then a special dress for you in your favorite color. Then he will take you to Gotham look out to see all of Gotham at night. Then lights on the buildings will spell out "Your mine, I love you Beloved."
