Percy did not want to be sent to the Underworld by an angry son of Hades, so he gave in to their questioning. "How long have you been able to do that?" Nico asked. "Um, about a month?" "Why didn't you tell us, and what is it?" "Because it was an experiment and and it is like Shadow Traveling but with water vapor." "Is it as taxing on your body as Nico's Shadow Traveling, and is it possible for someone to dissolve into water vapor?" those came from Will. "No and I don't think so." "One more question. You didn't sacrifice to the gods at dinner. Why?" "Because for quests you are allowed to not sacrifice to the gods, remember? Will, why did you?" "Because I had to thank your dad for not drowning Nico-the-skeleton-kitten and I as we crossed the lake." "Wait, Nico you turn into a skeleton kitten?" "Yeah. Will turns into a griffin." and with that he turned into a kitten and jumped onto Will's head. "He really likes my hair for some reason. What do you turn into?" "A massive and I mean massive water dragon. I'd show you but I'd knock the whole school down. Seriously, I'm that big. Annabeth turns into an owl." "Um, okay then. Nico-the-skeleton-kitten and I shall be going upstairs then." "I'm totally calling him that for the rest of eternity!" Percy called after them.
