Solangelo at Hogwarts ||ON HOLD||

Nico

"Death breath, wake up!" Nico-the-skeleton-kitten awoke to Will solace petting his head. "Meow?" he replied groggily. "Come on. We need to go get breakfast." "Meh." "Come on Neeks." Nico mewed something that sounded like "Solace!" or as close as a kitten can get. Nico the skeleton kitten jumped off the bed before realizing in his tiny kitten brain, 'the ground is hard and I won't be fully human or fully kitten by the time I hit the ground.' "MROW!" the kitten equivalent of 'Ahhh!' and 'Yikes!' at the same time. He face-planted into the ground and finished shifting. "Oww! Why did my tiny kitten brain think that was a good idea!?" "Oh, I don't know, because it's a tiny kitten brain?"  "Solace, I haven't seen you shift since the first day!" "I will if it makes you happy." "Do it." so Will shifted into a griffin. Nico shifted into a skeleton kitten and jumped on top of Will-the-griffin's head. Just then Harry woke up. "Why is there  a griffin and why is there a kitten on it's head?" Will-the-griffin just walked down the stairs with Nico-the-skeleton-kitten on his head. He walked out of the portrait hole, surprising the fat lady and shifted back once he was out of sight of the portrait hole. Nico jumped off his head and did the same. Then they heard, "Tell a Professor! There is a wild griffin and for some reason a kitten loose in the halls and Nico and Will are missing!" coming from the Gryffindor common room. They walked back into the common room and said, "No we're not." Ron was the one screaming.  Harry then went to go get a teacher. "Think we should tell them?" Will asked. "Nah. It's fine. Once they find no griffin or kitten the'll assume Harry's crazy and dismiss it as a hallucination. Besides, it'll keep our cover." "Fine, Death breath. But if this gets us killed, it's your fault." "Fine."

Ten minutes later, Professor McGonnagal came in and ordered everyone into the great hall. Nico grabbed Will's hand and dragged him down there. Once everyone was there he shadow-traveled them into the 'Forbidden Forest' because all the classes were cancelled while they searched for the griffin. "Wait, what about 'mione, Draco, Neville and Luna?" Will asked. "I'll go get them." Nico said. And without another word, he shadow-traveled back to the great hall. Neville, Luna and Hermione were sitting together so that wasn't hard. He just whispered "It's Nico. Will's in the 'Forbidden Forest' waiting for us." and they came with him. Harry and Ron might have seen him for a second but that was okay. Draco was harder. He was sitting by himself, but right next to a whole bunch of Slitherins. Nico had to use shadows to conceal himself, Neville, Hermione and Luna. Once he had gotten them, he shadow-traveled back to the 'Forbidden Forest' where Will was waiting. Once Will stopped yelling at him, they trained. Hermione was practicing her double swords, Neville his spear, Draco and Nico their swords and Will his bow. When they realized that Annabeth and Percy had been left out they decided that they didn't want a never-ending Percabeth battle so Nico didn't go get them. After hours of practice, they were all ready to stop but they still had an hour before they had to get back to the castle. "Hey, do you know anything about the griffin and kitten?" Draco asked. "Yeah. We are the griffin and kitten." Will said. And to prove it, Will turned into a griffin and Nico turned into Nico-the-skeleton-kitten and jumped on Will-the-griffin's head. That was a very fun way to end the otherwise boring day.

Sorry it's short. I couldn't think of anything more. I'm starting a story called watch out for Umbridge.
