Chapter 12

~Shawn's POV~

I felt bad for talking to her in a rude way. I don't know what to think or do right now. I'm really confused about all this crap that started only a couple days ago. I didn't even want to break up with her. I'm gonna go talk to Elizabeth and Carolyn.I pulled my phone out and texted both of them.

-text conversation-

Me: hey guys can I talk to both of you right now?

Elizabeth: sure.

Carolyn: ya meet us in the living room. Don't worry everyone is in their bunks.

Me: ok.

I put my phone back into my pockets and left the kitchen.

"So what did you want to talk to us about?" Elizabeth asked as I sat down on the couch.

" I want you guys help me and Lucy get back together." I replied.

" I might have an idea." Carolyn said.

"That was fast but what is it?" I asked.

" Lucy loves when a guy sings to her. She thinks it's a romantic way to ask a girl out. She asked us to go shopping with her in Time Square once we arrived in New York. You can meet us somewhere and sing a song for her." Carolyn said.

"This idea sounds legit but I have to think about it." I replied.

"Think about it really? Do you want her back or nahh?" Elizabeth asked.

"Of course I do and I'll do it." I replied.

"Ok we'll see you in a bit, and don't let her know." Carolyn said.

They both walked back to their bunks and left me there thinking to myself. All I needed to do know was choose a song to sing to her.

~Lucy's POV~

After asking my two best friends to go shopping with me I went back to my bunk and fell asleep. When I woke up and left my bunk no one was there. The bus had stop so I'm assuming we were arrived in New York.

-text conversation-

Me: Where did you guys go?

Elizabeth: We're in the meet and greet right now. C'mon on in I'm so bored and Matt is is busy right now.

Me: ok I'll be there in five.

I went into the restroom and applied makeup before going to the meet and greet.

As I walked in to the meet and greet the magcon fans were glaring and giving me death glares. I wanted to ignore it but at the same time I couldn't. I've had enough of the negative comments being thrown at me both social media and right now. I climbed and stood on the table I was suppose to be at for the meet and greet.

"MAY I HAVE EVERYONE'S ATTENTION?!" I asked as everyone ignored.

Matt and Elizabeth seem to notice so they help got everyone quiet.

"AS ALL OF YOU HAVE KNOWN SHAWN AND I DID BREAK UP, BUT IT WAS FOR THE BEST I NEEDED SPACE." I said loudly so everyone could hear.

"I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHY RECENTLY I GOT HATE FROM FANS. YOU GUYS DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH RIGHT NOW. I GET THE POINT WE ALL HAVE OPINIONS BUT PLEASE KEEP THEM TO YOURSELF. I'VE BEEN GOING THROUGH ALOT LATELY AND I'M FIGURING THINGS OUT. IF NO ONE WANTS ME HERE I GET IT I'LL LEAVE RIGHT NOW....bye everyone." I said as tears rolled down my face.

I ran out of there as soon as I cleared things up with them. There were voices yelling behind me,but I kept running. I didn't know where I was going or what I'm going to do. I felt hated I thought I could get away from everything when I started this tour but I guess not. I turned off my phone because I knew someone will call or text me but right now all I want to do is listen to my thoughts.

As I kept walking I saw a cab and told the driver to take me to Central Park. I just wanna get away from everyone and everything for a while. I'll just walk around and try to forget everything that happened in the last few days.

~Shawn's POV~

As soon as we arrived in New York the bus took us to the meet and greet place. We all got off the bus except Lucy I guess she was sleeping so everyone decided to let her sleep. About 20 minutes later I heard a girl's voice asking for everyone's attention. I ignored it though because I thought it was just a fan until I saw Matt and Elizabeth telling the crowd to be quiet. I turned around and saw Lucy on top off a table.

She was telling everyone about our breakup and how she has been getting hate. As she spoke tears rolled down her cheeks. At that moment I could see the pain in her. As soon as I snapped out of my own thoughts she ran outside. Without thinking I ran chasing after her squeezing through the crowd. I was late once I got outside she was gone. I don't know where she went, but I couldn't find her. I tried calling her but it took me to voicemail she must've turned her phone off.

~Lucy's POV~

I've been walking around Central Park for a while now. I'm a wreck at this moment. I'm in the middle of tour and at an unknown state park walking around with no one to share my thoughts with. I was lucky I had both my best friends with me but I didn't want to bother them all the time. I want them to have a fun time and enjoy this opportunity.

After another hour or so I turned my phone back to see a bunch of missed call and texts just like previous times. 1 minute later I got a called from Justin so I picked up.

-phone conversation-

"Hey Lucy where are you?" He asked.

"Hey Justin. If I tell you please don't tell anyone where I am I don't want them to come look for me." I begged.

"Sure I promise I won't tell but where are you?" He replied.

"I'm in Central Park." I answered.

"I'm on my way there right now I'll see you in a bit." He said.

We hung up and I waited for him to arrived.
