The next morning was a little chilly which made it harder to crawl out of bed to get ready for our flight. We still managed to finish getting ready at 4 AM and finish some last minute packing.
We started making our way down to the bus at 6:05 AM and put our stuff onto the bus. We got to the airport around 6 AM and hurried through security and to our waiting area.
"Hey I'm going to go get some Starbucks." Nash said.
"Wait for me I want to go to!" Matt exclaimed.
After that almost everyone left to go to Starbucks leaving me and Shawn to watch their stuff.
"So I was thinking do you want to go on a date tonight when we land?" Shawn asked.
"Sure,but where?" I questioned.
"I can't tell you it's a surprise." He winked.
"Oh okay then." I smiled.
"You did such amazing job last night performing!" I said.
"Aw thanks you did good too!" He replied.
Everyone started walking back to their stuff after that and continue waiting for the flight at 7:05 AM. I was really excited for tonight I'm just going to take the girls out to shop right after the flight so they can help me with the perfect outfit.
After 20 more minutes of waiting the lady finally called us to check in and we finally got onto the plane.
When we got on the plane we all chose where we wanted to sit and I ended up sitting with Shawn.
We finally got settled in and waited for about another 10 minutes for the rest of the passengers to get on and get settled. Even though I had been on a plane before I was really scared and nervous. Shawn looked over at me with a worried face.
"Hey are you okay?Why do you look so scared?" Shawn said.
"Yeah I'm fine I'm just really nervous." I answered.
"It's okay I got you." He took my hand.
I still can't believe he's mine he's such a wonderful person and I'm so lucky to have him. When I'm with him I feel safe and just happy. Words can't explain how perfect he is. He held my hand the entire time to help comfort me.
Shawn's POV
Right before the plane took off Lucy looked really scared so I held on to her hand the entire time to help comfort her. I really can't wait until we land.The boys and help me plan this date out and it's going to be amazing.
Elizabeth's POV
Shawn and Lucy thinks that we are helping them plan their date tonight , but we're actually throwing them a party for getting back together. It's gonna be amazing.
Nash's POV
I really hope tonight goes well.
Everyone has been planning this ever since last night. We are just really excited and happy for both of them.
At around 11:30 AM we finally landed in Nashville Tennessee. We went to get our luggages and Taylor rented a car to drive us to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel we chose our roommates and went up to put our stuff away in our room.
Katy's POV
We arrived at the hotel where the party will be held at. We have the restaurant to ourselves tonight so we quickly pick our roommates and went to our rooms to put our stuff away.
"I don't know if you guys knew this but Shawn asked me on a date tonight and I really need help on buying the perfect outfit so are any of you willing to go shopping with me?" I asked.
"Sure I'll go!" Carolyn said.
"Me too!" Elizabeth said.
We went to the nearest mall and they helped me picked out a perfect dress,shoes and accessories to go with the outfit.
Shawn's POV
Our date place was at the hotel's restaurant tonight. I got a reservation for a really good price so it should go well. I hope she likes it.
Elizabeth's POV
While we were at the mall the others help decorated the restaurant and turned off the lights and were all hiding already. So when Carolyn and I get there we will go straight to the restaurant instead of going to our hotel room.
I was done getting ready at 6:00 PM waiting for Shawn to text me notifying me if he was done. A few minutes later I got a text.
-text conversation-
Shawn: hey 😊 are you done?
Me: yup 💖
Shawn: I'll be over in 5 💘
Me: kay 💘

I got up and open the door to see Shawn.
"Let's go." He smiled.
We made our way to the restaurant but noticed that it was dark.
"Why is it closed?" Shawn asked.
I shook my head and found a note on the floor.
"Shawn you guys got the place to yourself so just come on in"
I gave the note to him and we walked in. It was dark and we couldn't seem to find the light switch, but then there was a noise. I heard something moving but couldn't tell what it was. I got really scared. Then all of a sudden the lights turned on and everyone jumped out yelling "Congratulations!"
I turned to look at Shawn but he looked confused.
"You weren't planning this right?" I asked.
"No." He chuckled.
"We planned this for you two to congratulate you guys getting back together." Aaron said.
"Wow this is amazing thanks guys it means a lot." I smiled.
"Yeah thanks guys this means a lot to us." Shawn said.
We spent the rest of the night with everyone celebrating. It was so much fun. They're such a great friends. I know Shawn had his plans but he doesn't seem to mind. This is a night I'll never forget.
