Chapter 4

Nash led me down the stairs as he held my hand in a polite way

He said "Just act like nothing happened."

I said "okay"

As we continued to walk down the stairs Nash paused like he had dropped something or thought of something.

Nash said "You know I'm really sorry."

I said "it's alright I'm not mad at you!"

We continued to walk down the staircase, when we finished walking we had met Hayes and Skylnn back in the living room.

Nash's POV

I saw Hayes, he gave me a dirty look and said "Nash, what took you so long!" I was staring blankly at Jess as she was comforting Skylnn

Hayes nudged me and said "Nash, earth to Nash!"

I said "Oh nothing we were just talking.."

Hayes said "k' than"

Jess's POV

I started playing hand games like pattycake with Skylnn to keep her distracted.

Nash was still whispering and talking to Hayes, I wonder if they were talking about me..

Nash's mom came down and said "Who wants pizza?!"

Before any of us were able to speak

Skylnn shouted "Me, me!"

Nash, Hayes and I said "sure!"

I told Nash "My dad is going to pick me up soon."

Nash said "oh man! Text me so we can hang another time"

I said "ye sure!"

Nash's mom came down with the pizza

I said "thanks!" So did Nash, Hayes, and Skylnn

We quickly ate the pizza.

My dad texted me that he'll be coming to pick me up.

Nash hopped up and said "hey, can I walk you to your fathers car"

I said "sure!"

He held my hand and left me at the doorstep with a friendship hug

Nash's POV

I said "I really had a great time with you!"

Jess said blushingly "Yeah, me too!"

I was so sad to see that she had to go.
