oh sehun
|student ; dancer|///
they said dance is an art in form of human movement, but to oh sehun, dance is a language.
the street under the ink black sky was supposed to be empty. dim lights, cool winds, and silent. people should be in their home sleeping, calling it a night. they should be resting after a long day of work, or if they have a child, to get them to sleep by reading them a bedtime story and then kiss them goodnight.
yet what happened was the opposite.
the street is still crowded. it seemes like the street is most occupied in the night than mornings. along the sides there are street food stands, couples, musicians, and the dancer. cheers can be heard from certain places, one of the loudest caused by the crowd around oh sehun— the famous dancer in town from ahn school.
"oh sehun!" cheered his friend. jongdae was a boy with blonde fringe hairstyle, high cheek bones, and has a melodious voice that not many knows. the boy is chirpy, loud, and likes to smile— a total opposite of sehun who has a calm demeanor and rarely smile, prefer his usual blank face instead. yet the two somehow connect perfectly. jongdae likes to talk to the taller and the latter enjoys his company. one thing they share in common is their light colored hair. he guess the term opposite attract does apply on them.
as said before, dancing was like his first language, sehun's just so fluent with it. how his arms move to the song (jongdae insisted of playing river by bishop briggs rather than letting the dancer chose on his own) and how his body moves, it was all just so synchronize and pleasing to stare at. it all started smooth, a little seductive, and goes along perfectly with his facial expression. he's doing it so effortlessly yet he managed to lure people in quickly.
sehun moves his shoulder, stepping to the front and back. he moves every inch of his body. his movement was as smooth as water and spread such an energy. then the chorus came and sehun gets more wilder, more energetic. he gets more cheers by that— both from women and men.
"like a river, like a river." sehun moves up and down, right on the beat. the smirk on his lips never disappear, it gets even wider. then the music ends, sehun ending it with his body facing his right while he's facing his front. still a little out of breath, he received a round of applause.
everyone was once again amazed by the famous oh sehun.
fangirls approach him from different angles, some even touching him. they ask for his number, is he in a relationship, something along those lines. just openly hitting on him. he gives all of them a small smirk, earning squeals from the teenagers surrounding him.
while responding to his fangirls, somehow his eyes catch the guitarist on the opposite way from him. the boy is wearing black on black, silver earing on his left ear. he was playing the electric guitar so smoothly, long fingers moves on each chord without pressing on the wrong place. he was sweating, his sweat trickled down to his neck and the fact that he's facing upward, showing his adam's apple, make him look more inviting than he already is. if sehun's dancing is eye-catching, he's sure this guy is doing some magic spell on them because he can't seem to look away, and he's mesmerized by the black haired.
sehun feels someone nudging him, taking his attention back to his fangirls. he shakes his head. what is he thinking? why is he so mesmerized by that sight? so what? it's just a stranger playing a guitar.
yes. he's no one. sehun shouldn't feel like this. he should ignore that stranger. that, dared he say this, hot stranger.
from that night, a new chapter in his life was opened.
