staring at yixing makes you feel like you believed angels do exist. but watching yixing playing an electric guitar? that's on a whole other level.
sehun feel just like that when he watch the black haired. he stares from one band member to the other, but often keep his gaze solely on the guitarist. it's not just how he look, it's also because how good they are at music. everytime they perform sehun would forgot who they really are. he forgets that the vocalist is byun baekhyun who likes to bite people out of the blue. he forgets that the bassist is do kyungsoo who likes to threaten them (especially park chanyeol and byun baekhyun). he forgets that the drummer is park chanyeol who likes to make fun of their heights (that's why kyungsoo threaten him a lot), and he forgets that the guitarist is zhang yixing who's usually high most of the time (but still undeniably hot).
sehun can feels his foot tapping along the beat, head bobbing a little as he listen to the song. the band members look like they're making love with the music and that's the best thing about musicians. watching them making love with the melody and creating harmony.
"before i die, die, die, die i'm dying go just rob the jail."
yixing catch sehun's stare and the blonde sees the surprise in his eyes. the older giving him a half smile as a greet which sehun returns with a nod, having the urge to smile but wasn't able to do so. he's pretty sure if he did it it would look like a grimace. that'd be embarassing, and he doesn't want to embarass himself in front of zhang yixing.
"sehun, what's wrong with yixing hyung?." jongdae stated. he's been observing what the younger is doing and the result is kinda surprising. sehun was into something— or rather someone.
sehun blinks, jongdae's word pulled him out of the sehun's world. "w-what?"
"you've been staring at hyung for so long. what's wrong?"
"i— i didn't. . . no. there's nothing wrong." sehun was embarrassed jongdae noticed his staring. he avert his gaze to watch kyungsoo instead, who was engrossed with the music as he plays his navy blue fender bass.
jongdae stares at him with narrowed brow, visibly looking unconvinced but decided to shrug it away. "if you have a problem you can just tell me, alright?" jongdae pats his best friend's shoulder, receiving a nod from the taller. "oh, by the way, we're going to a bar. wanna join?"
sehun raises his eyebrow at him, "we?"
jongdae nods his head. "yeah, me and yixing hyung's band."
without even thinking, sehun automatically agree. just say the keyword —that being yixing —and he would be there.
"thank you!" baekhyun ended the performance, all of them bowing at the crowd that get more and more crowder.
