02. Chapter 2

We were partying attune club. We had such a good time. I saw Kevin was there. He was playing guitar in the band and started to sing through the microphone.

He sang some more songs during the night. I suddenly bumped into him again and spilled beer all over him.

"I'm so sorry," I said.

"It's alright," he said. "Want a ride home?" With someone I barely know? And sounds like he's asking me out? I looked over to Katy seeing her make out against the wall with Ashton. She'll call me. Anyway, I said yes and we went outside and saw the only ride her brought, was a motorcycle. "Take this." He handed me a helmet.

"Are you sure about this?"

"Hold on tight." I hopped on putting the helmet on and hanging onto him tight. It was a rush of insanity. I realized we were outside my house.

We got out and I handed him the helmet.

"Thanks for the ride." I said. I smiled and so did he. My smile faded as he came in closer. I realized I put my lips on his and he put a hand on my neck kissing me back. I pulled away and we both laughed.

"Anytime."

"Goodnight." I opened the door and went inside leaning against the door.

I realize I was in the hospital and I saw Katy and Ashton next to me. They were both crying.

"Hey Mia. How you doing?" Katy said. "Mia you need to know you still have a family no matter what."

"Please know Mia we love you no matter what," Ashton said. He grabbed my hand and Katy's and Katy took my left one.

"Mia. I hope you wake up. We miss you so much."

It was a little later and Katy and Ashton stayed outside and I saw Kevin next to me.

"Mia," he breathed and was crying a little. "I want you to know, that I'm here. And I love you. I've loved you right from the start. And I'm crazy in love with you. Mia." I kneeled in front of him. Since I was a ghost, he couldn't see me. "Please stay."
