Akeldemma woke up in the bed of the apartment he had rented. He rubbed his head, and jumped off, almost bumping his head on the bed frame. He sighed and put on some borrowed clothes he had.

He walked out to door of the apartment he had rented and began walking towards the Fairy Tail guild hall.
"Hey! Akeldemma!" yelled a familiar voice. Akeldemma turned around and saw Natsu and Happy coming around the corner and he sighed, continuing into the guild hall. Once he walked in, everyone inside went silent again.
"Am I seriously not accepted here still?" he growled, walking in and sitting at a table in the corner. He got a water from Mira and sat there most of the day.
Suddenly, Master Makerov appeared on the stage and everyone turned there attention to him.
"As you all know, the Grand Magic Games are coming up soon!" The whole guild erupted into a cheering frenzy of people.
"I have the list of people that I am planning on taking. Also, this year, we're NOT going to have a team two."
Natsu cheered even louder.
"Yeah! Less competition!"
"Natsu, you do realize we have a lower chance of winning with only one team..." said Lucy, face palming.
"The people I'm going to take to participate in the Grand magic Games are..."
Akeldemma honestly didn't care. He had never heard of the Grand Magic Games and wasn't planning on finding out. It sounded dumb anyways.
"Natsu, Erza, Gray, Laxus, and Gajeel!"
The whole guild cheered and four mages walked onto stage.
"Wait a second! Laxus isn't here! Hes on an S class job, remember?" yelled a mage in the crowd.
"Well then..." said Master Makerov, looking around his guild.
"Akeldemma. You will be going to."
"WHAT?!?" yelled the guild.
Akeldemma sighed and walked onto stage, standing next to Natsu. Happy landed on Natsus head and waved at the guild with a giant smile on his face.
"Everyone get ready for the games. We will go to Clover tomorrow to train."
"Sounds good." said Erza, the other mages nodding their agreement.
