C H A P T E R 1 Dean - Narrator's P.O.V.
Dean woke up to Sam 's typing.
"Damn it, Sam. When was the last damn night you had some sleep?" he remarked.
"I did sleep. It's already like 9:00 in the morning, Dean. I'm just looking at the autopsy. These two ate each other. I mean... Their stomachs are full... " Sam scratched at the back of his head.
"Where's Cas?" Dean stood to eat a burger at the side of the lamp next to his bed.
"Oh. He was talking about Cupid. I don't really know. He wouldn't tell me when I asked," Sam continued, "Why?"
"I don't know. He's usually just..."
"Dean, did you about a cherub last night? or another angel?" Castiel appeared on the table, along with a naked, black haired, fat, jolly faced man staring straight at Dean.
"No... Who's he?" Dean was startled. The man looked almost like Castiel. The same blue eyes, same black hair.
"This is a cherub. My brother... I don't ... know ..." The cherub whispered something into Castiel's ear, making him have a look of fear. Then the cherub disappeared.
"Cas, what are you doing with a cherub?" Sam asked, not taking his eyes off the laptop monitor, a slight look of confusion on his face.
"Uh.... Dean... You should have received something... From the cherub... Sam? We need to talk alone..." Castiel looked down. Sam glanced at Dean, he gave him a nod. Sam took the laptop with him. Castiel looked up at Dean.
"What? Wha-What is it?" Dean stuttered the words out.
"Did a man every stand out to you.. Like someone who gave you looks at the restaurant, the police station, the streets?" Castiel questioned. He starterd at Dean straight in the eye, curious.
"... No..." Dean lied.
"Dean! Don't lie! Did you or did you not see anybody strange?!" Castiel shot.
"Ok, yes! Alright! I did! It was the waiter. He looked at me and patted my head. I don't know why, but i kind of find that creepy. Why, Cas? What's wrong?" His eyes were now wide.
"Dean. You've been marked to meet someone," He continued, "Who is it ? I don't know. But you'll probably meet.... Her soon." Castiel emphasized the word "her", as if it was just not right.
"Meet what? Am i aout to die or something?... Cherub? You mean cupid?" Dean panicked. Casiel vanished.
"Wait! Cas, what the hell?" Dean ran out to Sam, who was still concentrated in his research.
"You better not put your beloved's name and 'hell' in the same sentence, Dean WInchester." A feminine voice rang throughout Dean's head.
"What?!" Dean hollered.
"Go to Castiel." it said.
"But I don't know where he is right now!" Dean was hunched over, desperate to get the voice out of his head.
"Dean, who are you talking to?" Sam was at Dean's side in seconds.
"Well. Well. Well." The voice kept saying until Dean finally passed out.
