A few minutes later we pulled up to a open field
"why did you bring me here, nothing is up here except you and I"
"Don't worry we have to walk a little bit because the jeep can't go any further"
"OK lets get moving now Jamel"
We locked the jeep and walk ahead, we walked for over three minutes until we came to a bigger clearing there was a beautiful lake, with lilies and flowers surrounding the water behind it is a hill and it has low cut grass. Over one end Someone had set up a candle light dinner.
There was a table, with two chairs with champagne, checkered table cloth, and candles scattered around unlit.
"Care to join me" Janel ushers me over to the table I gracefully sat down and we began our dinner.
After we have completed our meal we went and sat by the edge of the lake, putting our feet in the water.
The night came down and Jamel lit all the candles a heart was shaped out around the table giving off light, it was so romantic.
I rest my head on his shoulder and stare off into the distance.
"Can I trust you?" I ask him
"Why did you ask?"
"I wanted someone to talk to, I need to release things from my mind i have been holding it for too long"
"you can always trust me, and i too have a dark past i need to release but i just can't seem to find the right person"
"someday we can both tell each other about our past when we think its the right time to do it"
"That's true you think we can leave now or you not ready"
We got up and walk back to the jeep.
We drove home and i kept thinking about Jamel. What could his past be? I need to find out and i need to find out soon.
