Jordan and I have been texting and calling each other every day since our moment. I hadn't seen him and I missed him like crazy. He's been going to school and working so he hasn't really had time to meet up. I understood because I was usually busy too because I had returned to school and had a lot to catch up with.

I was walking down the stairs to the basement of my school to meet Syriah because I was going to her house when I heard her talking. "I'm not gon keep playing second to whoever you fucking with Jordan." I heard Syriah sigh and say her goodbyes to whomever she was talking to. My Jordan flashed through my mind, but I dismissed it because there are a lot of Jordans in our town.

"Hey boo, we still going to your house?" I asked her once she looked up from her phone. She nodded and immediately I knew she was irritated. I asked her what was wrong.

"Girl nothing this nigga just being weird. Remember the nigga I told you about? Well, I guess he had a girlfriend and he was her first love so she doesn't wanna let him go. He talking 'bout some he wants to keep us on the low cause she crazy or whatever. I don't care because if he knows they not together no more I don't know why he can't be real and tell her what's up. If her feelings hurt that's her fault she needs to move on." I could tell Riah was mad because I've never seen her so bent over a dude since Damien. Whoever she was talking to was really stupid because Riah was so pretty and goofy. She was the type of girl you could kick back and smoke with and just talk.

I followed Syriah into her house and watched as she turned on her lights. I made my way to her room and sat on the bed texting Jordan. I hadn't introduced him to my friends in person, but they knew I was in a relationship with Jordan.

"Aye, you mind if this nigga comes over to drop some shit off to me? He is bringing us food actually," Riah asked me. I nodded and she left out.

A few minutes later somebody knocked on the door and I could've sworn I heard Jordan's voice. "Wassup with ma?" He asked her. Immediately I grabbed my phone and called him. I heard him excuse himself outside and I rushed to the front door.

"Hey baby, I was just thinking 'bout yo lil ass. When I'm gon see you again?" Earlier in the day, I would've melted at the sound of his voice, but now I just wanted to run outside and shoot him with his gun. "Hey, um... where are you?" I asked getting straight to the point. He coughed, "Shit at my potna house where you at? I miss you."

I don't know why, but for some reason, I couldn't bring it up then. I told him I missed him and he told me that he had to go. I hung up and walked back into Riah room. I heard Jordan come back inside to kiss Syriah goodbye. She asked if he wanted to meet her friend first, but he said he was good and walked out. Riah came back into the room with burritos and chips. I smiled and took mine from her.

We ate as she talked on and on about Jordan not knowing she was talking about my boyfriend. I was mad, but not at her because she didn't know and I took partial fault in that by not letting her know.

I walked into my house and into my room. I plopped down on my bed and pulled out my shoes. I was still super confused about the whole Jordan situation. No fucking body better argue with me when I say niggas are not shit because this shit is crazy! I really could not believe the nerve of this nigga Jordan. He was at another girl house catering to her and telling me he missed me.

Before my eyes could close shut, a text alert rang from my phone. I picked up my device and unlocked it to look at the message.

Come outside right quick

I wasn't sure why C.T was texting my phone or why he was outside my house. I got up and slide on my uggs and walked outside. His car was sitting outside my driveway with the lights on. I got in his car and stared at him.
