Chapter 2~
"Skylar! Do you mind helping out on the packing of things???" my mum asked. I went down and saw my older sister, Alexis on the phone. Probably with some director or a photographer. "Why, hey there, Sky!" my sister said, hanging up.
She loves to call me Sky but it reminds me of the blue sky. So STUPID! Tomorrow I start school and seriously, I am not looking forward to joining a regular school.
I don't want to be friends with those diva wannabes. I watch a video once about three divas wannabes on a camping trip. They were like, "Oh, I don't want to touch that stupid tent," and "Oh, I'm not gonna touch the fire. I just painted my nails." and I was so annoyed. Some girls are like this. But thank god, at Redwood we don't have this type of people.
I was thinking on how to avoid being friends with them. I wish I could change my personality.
That's it! I can change my personality! From super celebrity, to nerd??? Yes! I can change my name to Emmaline Maxwell. Sounds SWEET! I told mom to tell the school to call me Emmaline so I can change my identity. She said okay and as soon as I finished unpacking the boxes, I went up to my room. My room is spacious and it should be big enough to fit my stuff.
Then, I got a call from Dad. In my phone, his contact name is 'Daddy Love' and I picked it up to answer his call. He's calling from Australia as he was there on a business trip. Dad told me all about Australia. He said it was a beautiful country.
"Hey sweetie, what are you doing? "he asked.
"Well, I am packing my stuff, of course," I said. My dad concerns about me a lot because I am the youngest in the family.
"Are you like, really busy?"
"No, no, I have nothing but time," I said, sarcastically.
"Haha, very funny,"
"Why you call anyway?" I asked, politely.
"I just wanted to say, Have a good first day," he said.
"Hey, that rhymes! " I said, smiling.
"Okay, goodnight, bye!" he said. I hung up and started thinking about my 'change my identity' plan.
Okay. Maybe this is going to work. It has to right?
