The pregnant female was almost ready to go in to labor. Misty was her name. She was ready for her baby. She had a bed of moss and was comfortable. She had known what she would name her child from the moment she was old enough to stand. His name would be Zorrus. Then she felt it a slight tug she was ready.

You don't know what shock Misty was in when her little baby came out white with wings of a bat. How very odd he is. She had a mothers love anyway and loved him just the same. She knew soon the leader and her mate, Fox, would come in. She didn't know what Fox would make of him. Just then he came barging in. He looked around.
"So where is my child?" Fox demanded more than asked.
"Here." Misty said softly she was very exhausted and wanted to sleep.
"That thing is not a calf that is a monster." He said with disgust.
"well it is your son like it or not!" Misty let her tone rise. "If you want to criticize him tell it to me. how would you like it if you were born different!"
"That is ridiculous." He laughed."I am perfect."
"We'll our son is to." Misty said not knowing how close her son would be to perfect.
"Well I want that thing out of her tomorrow morning." He growled at his own mate.
"If he goes I do to." Mist stood up defensively.
"Then it is decided, you both go tomorrow morning." Fox t\said it with no heart or feeling.
"I guess it is." Misty sighed as she dozed off in to a deep sleep.
