Flug's pov

I looked at the time, 5:37. That means I have about 20 minutes to go to this festival thingy. I sighed as I stood up. I started to walk down the hall to my room. When I got there I took off my lab coat and I hung it up. I then went to my closet and I grabbed a hoodie to replace it. I looked at the time again, 5:46. Another 14 minutes until we have to go.

I walk to the living room and sit down on the couch. Usually, I'm one of the last people to get ready, probably because I am the only one who actually gets ready. BlackHat wears his suit everywhere he goes, Demencia doesn't care about what she is wearing, and 5.0.5 is a bear so he doesn't have any clothes.

I sighed as I wait for everyone else to get in here. 5.0.5 walked in 6 minutes after me, BlackHat was here at exactly six, and Demencia arrived 3 minutes after he did. I don't know why but we always show up like this. Me always the first one, 5.0.5 being the about 5-8 minutes after me, BlackHat always shows up at exactly the time, and Demencia shows up 2-4 minutes after him.

"I'm assuming that I'm driving us?" I questioned.

"You are correct." BlackHat said walking to the garage. The rest of us followed. I am usually the only one that BlackHat lets drive, besides himself. Which makes sense.

"What car are we going to use?" I asked. BlackHat answered my question by getting in the most expensive looking one. It was black, with a red interior. I got into the driver's side of the same car and the other two got into the back.

I started to drive out of the garage. As I was driving I felt a pair of eyes on me, it was a bit unnerving. There was a divider between the back and front seats. I looked over to my right to see BlackHat staring at me, I blushed a bit under my bag. Why was he staring at me? I was subconsciously gripping the wheel harder. I tried to ignore him, but it was near impossible.

"C-can you stop l-looking at me like that, i-it's a bit distracting..." I told him keeping my eyes on the road. I saw he shake his head like he was getting himself out of a daze.

"Sorry, I was just thinking." He said looking away. I felt all of the pressure that was just on me disappear. I realized what he just said. For one he said sorry! When does he ever say sorry?! And what the heck could have made it so he was daydreaming while looking at me?! Ugh, so many questions that will probably never get answered!

   "I-it's fine s-sir. B-but with all do r-respect are you a-all right? You've been acting r-really wired." I questioned.

"I'm perfectly fine, there is just something on my mind." He answered.

"O-oh, um are you sure, it seems like you are not yourself. You keep on daydreaming and you have been being nicer than usual. Don't get me wrong, it's a bit nice not having to act all scared of you like I usually do, but it's still pretty weird. I don't think the others have noticed it though." I said with a bit of worry and concern mixing in with my voice. "And I have noticed that this all started happening since the time you saw what I truly am."

"actually I have been thinking about you, I've always wanted to know more about your kind, even regular daemons are mysterious, but a shadow daemon is a breed that was developed over time. A cross breed of demons, angle, daemons, and humans. That is how they developed their signature eye," He said pointing at my right eye. "They are named after a guy who was one but at the time they were still only called daemons. But said guy fell into a volcano and he burned off all of his outer layer of skin so his "shield" was forced to cover his entire body all of the time, making him blend into the shadows. That's all I know, and now that I have my very own shadow daemon I can learn much more."
