♔3: Little Prince Meeting

♔ Jack's POV

"What you mean the Roses are coming here?" I shouted. My brother just sigh "Brother, please lower your voice, you're too loud."

I quickly stand up as I calm myself down, and looked up at my brother

"Okay?"

"Yes, if I may ask, why are they even coming here?"

"I'm keep getting daily reports that many people of Corona are getting sick from a unknown illness. We don't have a lot of empty land to grow plants and herbs, and it will take awhile for those plants to grow, so the Roses are coming here tomorrow morning with the plants that we need."

"But don't we have bad history with them?"

"We do, but me and their king want to change it, we're taking small steps and when the time is right we will confirm the new peace between Roses & Corona. So when they give us the plants and roses that we need, we will give them some of our tools and materials that they need."

"They're coming tomorrow morning, and the king is coming with his brother. So I want you to make a good first impression and try to be on his good side."

"Let me guess, if I'm on the prince good side, he's more likely to convince the king to have more peace with us? Making the king more likely to sign the paper."

"Not bad! You're getting better."

"You're my brother, I could read you like a book."

"Easy brother, don't get too confident. Now good night."

"Good night."

MORNING

♔ Mark's POV

"Waking up early isn't my favorite."

"Behave, I know you're tired but that won't change the direction of this carriage."

"Sure it can, just order the knights to move back to the castle."

The king cross his arm as he narrowed his eyes

"Geez sorry."

"Anyway, let me deal with the king. While you get on the good side of the prince."

"I know, have a good first impressive so the Corona king will sign the paper of peace between Roses & Corona."

"Corrected."

"Your majesty! We're here!" The royal knight yelled.

Me and the king looked at each other one final time and nodded

♔ Jack's POV

Me and the king stood outside where we waited for the Roses

I looked over at my brother, him wearing his most elegant suit with his crown shined, and his strong blue eyes looking at the gate

I looked behind me seeing our knights stand straight in two lines, soon I heard my brother voice

"Chin up Jack, your crown is slipping."

"Brother..."

"Remember what we talked about. Don't let your guard down even with a prince."

Before I could even speak, we saw a royal carriage stop in front of the gates, another carriage filled with plants and beautiful roses

The Rose king step out of the carriage, while another person step out.

The Roses are wearing beautiful elegant suits and capes, and their crown shined so bright!

My eyes widen as I saw the prince, wow...

The Rose King and the prince beginning walking to us as do we

"Good morning King Thomas Fischbach. I'm King Malcolm McLoughlin from the Corona Kingdom and we welcome you to our castle."

"Good Morning King Malcolm McLoughlin. I'm King Thomas Fischbach from the Rose Kingdom. We are grateful to be here in this beautiful kingdom."

I looked up at the rose prince as he smile

"Hello, I'm Prince Mark Fischback from the Rose kingdom. I'm delighted to finally meet you."

Whoa! Why is my heart beeping so fast!? Those eyes and that smile! I could feel my face getting hot...
