The girl

The girl believed what she did,
She did what she Did.
No words could be heard by that kid.
She was unreachable,
Numbness surrounded her,
Engulfing her.
Suffocating her.
For the girl who was so small,
Yet so strong.
The girl wished she was something more,
Something more meaningful.
Her thoughts haunted her,
Like a shadow,
They were all unwilling to leave.
For the girl who was so small,
Yet so hopeful.
The girl wished she was dead,
All those memories in her head,
They were killing her,
Rotting her soul.
For the girl who was so small,
Yet the strength with in her was stronger than them all.
       Her heart raced,
Every crowd she faced,
So fearful of the world,
But she wouldn't let herself fade.
For the girl who was so small,
Yet the hope with in her was bigger than them all.
