Writer's POV

About a week later, Emma woke up and heard nothing. No babbling on the monitor, no frying in the kitchen, and no loud shooting noises coming from the PlayStation. It was Saturday, at last!

With a yawn, Emma turned on her side, and looked over at Killian, who was asleep. She rests her head on his shoulder and kisses his cheek, then turns the TV on, to her favorite cartoons, that always seem better on Saturday mornings. She loved Tom and Jerry, Looney Tunes, and many more. Killian, however, had never really understood cartoons, and whenever he watched them, he made remarks about how silly they were.

Killian was awake, he just didn't want the moment to go to waste. He loved it when Emma watched her cartoons in his arms, and he didn't mind watching them if he was with her. He was still trying to comprehend why Tom the cat could be squished so many times, but be perfectly fine in a matter of seconds. Emma would spare a light laugh every few minutes, and after a while, he let out a laugh too. Emma raised her head and looked done at him.

"Morning, love, how did you sleep?" Killian placed a strand of her hair behind her ear.

"Great! How about you?" Emma asks, smiling at him and laying back down in his arms.

"I got up with Elizabeth a few times, but otherwise, I was perfectly fine." Killian told Emma, kissing the mere top of her head.

Emma laughs at the TV again, and Killian wraps his arm around Emma's waist, to grab her hand, which immediately found home in his.

When the cartoon was over, and babbling was heard, Killian got up to get Elizabeth out of her crib.

A few short minutes later, he came back, and Elizabeth was falling asleep in his arms. They had gotten up early, so that was understandable.

"Tired, little love?" Killian says, quietly and gently. He cradled her in his arm, and smiles.

"I'll go make breakfast," Emma says, getting up from the bed, ad going downstairs. Killian rocks Elizabeth in his arms, and smiles as she grabs his hook.

"Your going to have a little sibling, aren't you?" He says, hugging her.

"Hi."

Killian walks downstairs and eats some breakfast.

After breakfast, Emma and Killian got into the car to drop off Elizabeth at daycare. Killian walked around the car, and unstrapped elizabeth out of her seat.

"Hi?" She said quietly. Killian shook his head.

"We will see you in a little bit, ok darling?" Killian kisses her forehead. Emma walks over to the other side also, and leads Killian into the daycare.

"Hey Emma! Is Elizabeth going to join us today?" Emma was greeted by her friend Aurora. Emma nodded and smiled.

"Yeah," Elizabeth was spending the day at the daycare, to see if she liked it.

Emma's POV

"Killian, why do you look so down?" I sit next to Killian in the couch, and look up at him.

"I-I just have to tell you something about my past... it's nothing really." Killian looks up at me guiltily.

"Will you tell me?" Killian nods.

"Well, uh... where do I start? Um. I got a flashback, and I uh. I remembered something I did. When I was around age 26, I decided I needed to be alive forever. I decided that I needed everything, even if I had to make people suffer. I went into this shop, and there was a cabinet full of spells. I needed one, but the one I had wanted was way to bloody expensive. So I took it, and I almost got caught. The poor girl was yelling at me. And then I- I..."
