chapter 4

Scene1

Kalpi finished her rounds around the temple, Kamla not far behind. She walks in the temple and prayed for her and Raghav happiness. When she was done she said her good byes to the priest and leave. Just when kalpi left, Kamla comes in, she prayed for Pakhi marriage and for her to live happily and for kalpi to move on and do something with her life. When she was done she left the temple. She walks to the bus stop and got on the bus. she was happy because now a weight has been lifted from her shoulder.

Scene2

Elsewhere, Raghav was in his office when he sees kalpi in her seat. She looks up at him and smiles. Then she walks towards him. As soon as she was close to him she disappeared. He turned around and looks for her but he couldn't find her. He sadly walks to his seat and the truth finally hits him. He remembers what kalpi said to him, that their meeting would hurt Pakhi and Ai so much. He was so busy in his thought that he didn't hear Sammy come in.

Sammy looks at his brother and asks "What happen?"

Raghav looks at him and says "sometimes I hope that I will make everything all right but then everything messes up. I can't love anyone else but kalpi. But she thinks we should stay away from each other."

Sammy thought to himself and said "why don't you try proving your love to her."

"I tried. Look where that got me." He said

"I could tell her to meet me, and you will come their like you didn't know she will be there." He suggested

"Kalpana is too smart, she will know I put you through this." He said

Scene3

Pakhi is in the kitchen making salad for Raghav before Gauri shows up. Just when she was about to finish packing the stuff, she heard gauri asking for her tea. Quickly she hides behind the wall. Gauri came into the kitchen and says "no one is making tea?"

When she was distracted Pakhi ran out the door. Just before she disappeared gauri turned around and saw her. She looks at the door and says "what you want will never happen. Raghav will never be yours." She said

Scene4

Pakhi goes into the office and people started congratulating her. She smiles. Raghav sees her and walk out of his office. He approaches her and asks her what she's doing here. And she says "I bought you lunch."

He glares at her and says "I don't need your food; I'm going out to eat."

Pakhi looks sad and was about to say something when Sammy interrupts her saying they have a meeting to go to. He walks passed her not even glancing at her and everyone went back to what they were doing. Pretending they didn't see or heard anything.

Pakhi being embarrassed quickly walks to the bathroom to throw away the food.

Scene5

Raghav came back to his office and sees kalpi putting food on his desk. He walks behind her and hugs her. Taking back by surprise, kalpi turned her head around, and then she said "what's wrong Raghav?"

He smells her hair and smiles. Then says "I miss you so much kalpi, I'm just glad you're here with me now." He said making kalpi smile. Kalpi push Raghav to the chair and he grabs her, making her sit on his lap. They stared at each other lovingly and then she feeds him with the spoon. Raghav ate the food while staring at kalpi. He was so happy that she was with him, that he didn't hear someone knocking.

"Raghav" she said

"Huh" he said in daze

She smiles at him and says "someone is knocking on the door."

"Let them wait, I'm here to spend time with my wife. They will understand." He said

"But Raghav "she says before Raghav interrupts her by putting a finger on her lips.

"Shhh" he said

"Let them wait".

Just when he was about to say something Pakhi walks in.

"What are you doing here?" he said glaring at her

"I was waiting for your meeting to be over so we can go home together." She said shyly

Raghav was about to say something about her disturbing his time with kalpi when he turned around, only to find her gone. He sighs and got up to leave, with Pakhi following.

Scene6

Raghav and Pakhi were on their way when they saw kalpi in the heavy rain. Concerned he pulled over, and got his umbrella, and then he walks to her half way.

Kalpi just coming from the temple was on her way home when it started raining. She was about to take her umbrella out when she realize she forgot it at home. Cars were beeping at her to move because she was standing in the middle of the road. She moved to the side and looks for a taxi. Just when she was about to sign for a taxi a car pulled over. She knew who's car it was, but she ignore it. Then she turned back around and tried to get a taxi. Just when she was about to give up she felt someone behind her. She turned around and sees Raghav with a yellow umbrella opened.
