Na Mi's POV

"Jihyun, where does your cousin live?" I ask pushing my glasses up from slipping

"I don't know." She replied and the warning bell rang

We said our goodbyes and separated. As I walked to class, I tripped on a rock and ,worse of all, my papers flew out of my binder. Not caring if I cause earthquake or not, I quickly kneel down to picked up my papers and my hand met with someone's. Looking up to see who's hand touch mine, I saw it was Himchan. He gave me a shallow smile and I couldn't help the blushing at all. We both stare at each other with our hands still touching and we got distracted when someone cleared their throat.

"Hurry we'll be late to class." Yong guk said with a worry look on his face

"This is my first time hearing you say that." Himchan chuckle softly and handed me my papers after he helped me up

"Thank you." I said almost losing my voice from seeing Himchan this close

"No problem." He smiled and ruffle my hair causing me to have butterflies in my stomach "Bye Na Mi."

I touched my hair and my heart, smiling and watching him walk away with Yong Guk. I smiled at the rock for making me trip because if I didn't trip all this wouldn't happen.

My eyes widen to hear the late bell, I'm late. Without a second thought, I ran to my class and enter quietly, hoping the teacher doesn't notice.

"Ms. Kang you're late. Do you have an excuse?" Mrs.Do said and ask strictly 

"I'm so sor--"

"You have detention after school!!" She interrupted and I went to my seat with my head down as my classmates laugh at me

If I didn't trip on that rock, this wouldn't happen. Now I can't go to Jihyun's party. I've been waiting and wanting to go to her party so bad this whole month. Ok what can I do to go to Jihyun's party? Maybe I can--- I snapped out of everything as I heard my name being called.

"Ms.Kang, what is the answer to the question?" Mrs. Do ask while hitting my desk with her meter stick to get my attention

"What's the question again?" I ask with embarrassment 

The bell rang and I was kept in. Wow class went by that fast? 

"I'll call your father tonight about your behavior." Mrs. Do stated

"What did I do wrong?"

"You came to class late without an excuse and you spent your whole class time wandering off." She stated and handed me a bucket and scraper, signaling me to leave "I won't keep you sitting but I will let you go scrape all the gums in the hallway. Do not leave until every single one of the gum are scrape off."

Nodding my head, I took the scraper and the bucket and left to the hallway. I finish scraping less than half an hour and went to wash my hand afterward. Today there wasn't a lot of gums so I still have time to go home and get ready for the party. After I washed my hands, I went in Mrs.Do's room and gave her the bucket and scraper. After she checked if I scrape all the gum, I left home. On the way home, I went to a nearby park and swung myself because the swing always calm me down or bring my stress down.

The swing creaked as I swung back and forth. Thinking about the scrapings made me tired that I began to fall asleep and soon enough I flipped back, not thinking about anything but sleeping on the comfortable ground. As I was falling, someone caught me, which woke me wide awake. I was face to face with Yong Guk.
