Chapter 12

"My big sis is growing up so fast," Maya giggles, as we hug.

*Alex's POV*

"So, it went good, huh?" Mom asks, as I walk through the door.

"The best," I sigh, seeing Hallie come down the stairs.

"So anything happen..between you two?" Hallie smirks, as I chuckle and look down, think  'bout the moment. Mom goes upstairs, sensing a brother and sister moment, as Hallie walks downstairs and drags me to the sofa.

"Now, tell me what happened," she advises me, as I sigh, dreamily.

"I asked her to be my girlfriend.." I spat.

"And, she said..?"

"YES!" I cheer, as Hallie hugs me.

"Your first legit girlfriend--not that Meg wasn't legit, she was my sista!" Hallie giggles, as we break apart.

*Hallie's/Heather's POV*: Guess there's a first time for everything..only if Dad/Martin was here to see this..I always knew there was a down-slide moving back to Utah..

 *Maya's POV*

"So when's the second date..?" I smirk, as she shrugs.

"Eh, we're gonna have to see when that is," she informs me.

"I know you know. Sis," I throw in a pun, as she giggles sheepishly.

"Maybe like in a few weeks..when's Menry's?" She shoots back, as I do the same thing she did.

"Maybe in a couple weeks," I copy her, as we share a laugh. (A/N: GMW ref coming atcha;)

"Our first boyfriends, Maya," she starts,"who knows how long that's gonna last..?"

"I mean, they're boys. Relationships come and go," I add, shrugging.  "But I think I know what is forever.." I say, as we both develops smiles.

"THUNDER! LIGHTNING!" We raise our hands up in unison, as we slap them and giggle.

--NEXT DAY--

"So, Maya.." Sara starts, as I develop a smirk, figuring out what today should be.

"What's first?" I ask her, as she shrugs.

"Shopping!" We chorus, giggling.

*Alex's POV*

"Shopping?!" I ask, shaken.

"Yes," Mom says," Hallie wants the Aeropostale's new summer line."

"It's not even summer yet!" I spat, as Hallie sneaks behind me.

"Maybe not in your world, but. In Hallie's world," Hallie giggles, as Mom shoots me a look.

"Ugh, fine," I agree," but what am I gonna do there?"

"Tell her if she looks good or bad in the outfit," Mom advises me, as I shrug.

"But then what're you gonna do?"

"I'm not coming..your father and I have some business details to discuss.."

"Okay..so are we going now, sis?"

"The sooner we get there, the sooner we'll be outta there, bro," Hallie says, as we go out to the garage.

*Heather's POV*

Okay, good they left..

"So have you thought about it?" He asks, sipping his tea.
