As sir continued to teach the class,I picked up the slip and sighed. It was a detention slip I had to stay back after school it's not that I don't want to it's that ....I have cheer practice and this isn't the best spot for me.
I raised my hand up Mr Vincent acknowledged my hand up but told me if it's not important then I shouldn't tell.Emily looks over and I just put my head on top of the table
The bell rang 👍🏾
I immediately started packing my stuff and then out of no where
"Heaven ! Sit back down" the demanding voice caught me off guard
I looked up at sit and he tapped his hand on the desk indicating me to sit down. So I did I sat down ....that demanding voice 🤤 he started talking and I wasn't listening until he announced that he's going to bring my mother on for a meeting .
"Sir I don't think that's necessary" I mentioned
"I think it is your the most capable student in this class and your downgrading yourself"
"I'm not I just haven't been feeling well and you giving me detentions isn't helping either"I explained to him
"Well what can I do to help you in class?"
"Stop giving me detention"
"I'll try but you didn't do the work so do it now"
I sighed and started whining "I have cheer practice"
"Should have thought about that before not doing my homework" he exclaimed

So I got home and dropped my backpack on the floor and sighed
"I just cleaned the floor and your already messing it up"yelled Maria the cleaner
"It is your job to clean right ? You get paid to clean so shut up and do your job"I hissed at her as I picked up my bag and threw it on the couch
