Erens POV
I woke up with a start and realised I had an erection from my wet dream with the corporal. I smiled and made sure no one was around before starting to jack off moaning the corporals name "ah! Corporal!" I screamed if only he was doing this to me now. I smirked and trailed a hand to my opening that was slicked up ready when I saw something in the corner of my eye.
"Corporal?!" I yelped covering myself with my blankets "how much did u see?" I whispered embarrassed

"Enough Yeager" he said coming into the room and sitting on the bed. "I'm sorry sir I didn't mean......mmph!" I was cut off by Levi's powerful kiss. I found myself kissing back. He began to touch me all over "ah Corporal?" I questioned

Levi's POV
"Ah Corporal?" He questioned me
Damn he looked so innocent right now those turquoise eyes gleaming in the candlelight. When I was about to kiss him again a thought struck me making me pause halfway. "I'm sorry" I said pulling back "Levi?" He asked looking unsure of what's bothering me.
"Ur half my age this is illegal and I'm ur superior" I said getting up and bolting out the room.
"Hey did u wake Eren up?" Hange asked but I ignored her and ran past I managed to get all the way to the top of the wall where I believed Eren couldn't find me.

Erens POV
I was running around trying to find Levi when hange stoped me "Levi looked really upset what's happened?" She asked in my panic I blurted out everything and she just stood shocked "Eren it's not illegal if u don't tell no one I'll keep ur secret" she said.

After searching for Levi we finally found him on the wall curled up into a hall crying.  "Levi?" I whimpered crawling to him like a submitting dog "hey it's ok" I whispered and he hugged me "oh Eren I love u but I can't" he cried when I heard footsteps behind me "Levi Ackerman ur under arrest by the military police" an officer said behind us.
"W....what?" Levi asked standing up when the mp grabbed his wrist making him cry out in pain from his cuts and handcuffed him. "Nile don't do this" hange said "I'm sorry it's my job I got a tip from a female cadet thank her for me" he said then turned to Levi "u sick son of a bitch ur going to jail for a long time for forcing urself on a 15 year old boy" he said taking Levi away
"Wait he didn't force me!" I shouted but to no avail. I began to cry and hugged hange "this is all my fault!" I cried.

She brought me down and we were met with my friends and Erwin himself "Eren what happened? We heard Levi forced u?" Connie said "what?! No! Levi didn't I wanted it too!!" I defended when I see mikasa in the crowd "it was u!" I said pushing her "Eren?" She said innocently "don't give me that act!" I shouted loudly. 
"Eren I honestly thought it was all him" she defended "I hate u" I mumbled "what?" She asked "I said I hate u!!" I screamed pushing her aside and  storming off.

I managed to get my horse and ride out of the survey corps base "Eren wait!" I heard mikasa call from behind me but I kept riding. I got to the jail and quickly wallsed in. "Can i help u?" A lady asked "I demand to see Levi" I said she looked over some files before calling some male MPs over "Eren Yeager we'd like to ask u some questions" one said I nodded and walked with them just as mikasa burst in. 

In the interrogation room they asked me what Levi did to me "nothing he didn't force himself on me. We kissed that was it" I said and no matter how they tried to twist it I came out with the same answer. They let me out and I walked past mikasa to the cell block "Levi?!" I exclaimed running to his cell "are u ok? Did they hurt u?" I asked he's just looked at me and held up his wrists to show the chains "this is where I belong Eren" he said.
"Good news ur being let go" an mp stated unchaining levi and letting him out the cell "Levi!" I yelled hugging him and he hugged back. We walked to the front where they signed release papers and handed them to him.

Levi's POV
Mikasa was beyond rage at this point so as soon as we cleared the police station she punched me square in the jaw making me fall back. "Mikasa?!" Eren yelled at her and leaned down to me "ur a pedophile Levi he's 15!" She shouted catching people's attention. I just got up and walked off without a word to her.
