The 2ps are the split personalities for the 1ps. Their 2ps only become more obvious in a civil war and more civil wars they have. If they have four civil wars their 2p will spilt from their body and become another part of them. The 2ps also become more obvious in wars or random times. You never know when the 2p might take over for a bit. Some countries are better at hiding their 2p.
