Perfect Rain.

You entered my life
Bearing a smile,
Held my heart
And kept it for a while.

As you doubt
You chip away
Parts of my love, my heart
That was here to stay.

You speak of trust
As if it is foreign.
Trust you abused,
Trust which youd forgotten.

You've tore it in to two pieces,
Then three.
But with every tear
You mean more to me.

The woman I love,
That caused all the pain.
Built of perfection,
Her own droplet of rain.

But like every droplet,
She has fallen.
The deciet and lies
That you guarded with caution.

You wanted me to chase you,
Blamed paranoia when bested.
I moved on as you did last year,
Now I am finally well rested.
