So we've gotten rid of the irritating humans.Let's bare ourselves for a moment and let's sit in front of the mirror.
It might be awkward cause you haven't really seen the real you in a while.
Tell the real you that you miss it.
That it's been hard on you that it just ran away.
Promise it that you'll never let other people's thoughts seep into your mind.
That you'll never push it away again.
That you accept it.
Your body fights so hard for you,
It loves you.It freaking adores you.
It fights for you when you are unable.Laying sick in bed, three days later youre cured because of those white cells that are inside your body.
The bruise on your knee the next day starts getting better because your skin is working hard to get it covered up.
Your body loves you.
Love it back.
Your heart never stops beating. It wants you to live.
WHY ARE YOU MAKING OTHER PEOPLE STOP YOU FROM LIVING?
FROM BEING YOU?
FROM LOVING YOURSELF?
FROM JUST BREATHING.
YOU FEEL LOCKED UP AND ITS CRAZY BECAUSE YOU'RE OBVIOUSLY FREE.
YOU NEED A GOOD CRY BECAUSE OF ALL THESE BOTTLED UP FEELINGS.
I KNOW.
IVE BEEN THERE.
IM NOT COMPLETELY FIXED.
BUT IM ALMOST THERE.
ARE YOU WILLING TO FIGHT BACK FOR YOUR BODY?
FOR MY YOUR MIND AND WELLBEING?
FOR YOURSELF?
ARE YOU READY TO BREATHE?
CAN YOU DO IT?
CAN YOU NOT CARE WHAT THE WORLD FEELS AND TELL YOUR BODY THAT YOU LOVE IT?
BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO FEELS THE PAIN.
WHEN YOU STARE YOURSELF AND WEAKEN YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM.
OR USE A BLADE TO DRAW BLOOD AND CREATE SCARS?
. YOU NEED TO STOP .
TELL THAY PERSON IN THE MIRROR:
"DAMMIT WE'RE NOT PERFECT."
"BUT IN THIS WORLD SOMETIMES IT'S JUST GOING TO BE ME AND YOU."
"I NEED YOU TO CONTINUE FIGHTING FOR ME."
"SO I'M GOING TO LOVE YOU, BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOU."
"YOU'RE ALL I HAVE."
TO THE PERSON IN THE MIRROR ON THE WALL.
