Poem

Time seemed to slow to a crawl

Tile being my only comforter, I let the lava like water run down my body

My skin pulled away, as if it an I were two not one

Gripping the edge of sanity, fingers took a mind of their own

Let go

Screaming to hold on longer, the fear coursed through the blood like poison

Suddenly those of different hands reached down and lifted

Now simple memories of the past only have mediocre repercussions

And the scars only sting a little

So this is a short little collection of random writings and this one specifically is about something that happened a while back that was quite traumatizing and writing about it always makes me feel bette

Ok well just reminding ya that I love you and I'm eternally grateful

Any Q's?
Just message me!

With love,
Maddi May
