Tell them to hold your hand when crossing the street
Take them on a little themed date
Leave little love notes everywhere
Enforce rules and punishments
Give them routines
Help them set up a chore chart?
Talk to them as you would someone their little age (treat them like their little age)
Fill their sippy for them (if applicable)
Make/cut their food for them (with the inclusion of little dishes!)

Call them cute pet/nicknames
Wipe their mouth if they get messy with their food

Talk in that voice that makes them smile

Put a crazy straw in their drink

HELP them make a hard choice (encourage them)
Let them fall asleep on you
Tell them they need a nap if they're bratty
Ask them to help you with things
Color with them
Take them outside to play
Tell them when they're doing good

Remind/ask them if they need to go potty

Do basic math with things
Interact with their stuffies

Ask them if there is anything they need to remember to do

Make sure they have something to cuddle if they feel off
Invite them to a surprise tea party
Play games with them (tag, hide and seek, board games, ect..)
Do arts and crafts with them
Blanket. Forts.
Hold them when they're sad
Wipe their tears
Exaggerate your love on the small gifts they give you
Scoop them up prince(ss)style!
Watch cartoons with them
Make a little themed meal
Have them complete chores
Remind them to wash their hands before a meal
Rub their tummy when it hurts
Start a pillow fight (be gentle though...)
Ask them silly questions
Make up a fairytale and have them add along
