Chains were clanging against each other as I was led from the cold and dark dungeons to the lavishly and beautifully designed throne room. Instead of telling me to kneel, the back of my knees were kicked and I buckled and hit the floor. Five tribe leaders, the Dora Milaje, Queen Ramonda, and King T'Challa were present.

"Thetha." King T'Challa sounds demanding but I didn't understand a single thing. However, the same man with the blue blanket who saved me from THEM translated the language to English. "Speak." He said.

'Should I or should I not reveal myself to them? For all I know, these people would kill me for, apparently, trespassing. I must tread carefully...' I think hard and long about my next words and actions. "I am not here to cause terror."

"How dare you say that when you've already scared the people?" The lady who I recognize as Queen Ramonda states.

"I...I cannot tell you why I'm here..."

"What were you running away from?" The blanketed man asks.

'They don't know so that means that they're not going to hurt me.'

"I was being chased by a bunch of men who kidnapped me. I have something that they want but I don't know what it is. They kept on asking me about an infinity stone but I don't know what that is."

"Who?" King T'Challa asked. Thank God for English.

"I don't know." I replied.

"It doesn't make sense." The rest of the court start to whisper amongst themselves.

"I do not know!" I shouted with small tears streaming down my face. I could still remember the torture they put me through for days, weeks, months. Heck, it could've been years.

"Leave us." T'Challa dismisses the rest and soon it was just the two of us in the room. "Who are you..." He asks.

"I am... I am a..."

"Your name."

"My name? My name. My name...My name is..." I trailed off. I don't even know why I'm thinking about this so hard. I surely know my name. Right?

"It's seems that you cannot remember,"

"No shit Sherlock." I snapped but instantly regretted it. "Sorry..."

"Do not worry. I will not put you in chains after this." T'Challa walks to me and helps me stand. A guard comes over and takes off the shackles. Ironic doesn't it sound? Me. In shackles.

"I want to go home..." I whispered out.

"Where is home?" He asks with sad eyes. Pity. Something I don't need.

"I don't know..."

"Call for Shuri. We need a DNA test." T'Challa gestures to the lady guard. "Meanwhile, you will be staying with my people of the Boarder Tribe."

"Why can't I just stay with the maids? I can help around the castle."

"Even though you seem trusting enough with your charming personality and beautiful face, We don't trust you fully or at least my council doesn't."

I blushed at his comment. A handsome king like him? Calling me charming and beautiful when I look like garbage? Unbelievable.

"I understand...my king." He smiles softly at me and says, "T'Challa."

"Then so be it, T'Challa."
