Commander Viktor Wolf of the 107th ESR, Code named V, within the DSF. He is 20 years old and has lived and served the DSF for as long as he could remember. He is the Co-Founder of DSF, he became Co-Founder when he turned 18. Because he was raised by the the DSF he has no people skills and is known for being the most ruthless killer in DSF, even being called insane.The Founder and Viktor are dating, leading to him being a father soon. He is well built with raven black hair, brown eyes, and many scars from the battles he had fought in the past. He wears all black clothing, black combat boots, and an ankle length WW2 German black trench coat. Most of all, he almost never fails to carry out orders, even if it means killing children or innocent civilians. He can sync and do everything at the same time as E does. Both he and E are arctic wolf hybrids, their hair turning white during the winter. Since Wolf is classified as an Alpha, one of V's powers is to turn into a black smoke and Viktor's life expectancy is 869 years due to DSF conditioning and procedures.
Viktor was found along with his sister Elizabeth, with in DSF territory by a man named Alex Corsano. Viktor was taken into DSF and was raised by the Generals, at the age of seven he began his training. Viktor specialized in knife combat, but at the age of 8 he was already better at shooting than most of the other recruits. At the age of 12 Viktor graduated Officers school at the rank of Captain, and was given his first squad. At first his squad had little trust in him for obvious reasons, but as he led them and fought with them, they eventually warmed up to Viktor. At the age of 15 Viktor had worked his way up to Colonel. He work on nothing but rank advancement for most of his life, by the time he was 18 Viktor had become a General. When Founder Dean Reynolds was killed, Co-Founder Quigs became Founder leaving his spot open for Viktor.
At the age of 13 Viktor had been in 20 different battles and had got at least 140 confirmed kills. At the young age of 8 Viktor learned that he could get people to do what he wanted by manipulating them.

Elizabeth Wolf is called Wolf or E in the DSF, 19 years old. She has shoulder length raven black hair, brown eyes, and a scar on her right cheek . She arrived at DSF at the same time as her brother but had gone on to become one of the best generals in DSF. She dressed almost exactly like her brother except she has four pistol holsters on her, two at her waist and two at her shoulders. Neither her or her brother can remember anything before DSF. Likes to call Viktor, Viki. She is exactly the same as her brother, but she has not inherited her brother's insanity. She can sync and do everything at the same time as V does.
