Tigger Moore is the current Founder of DSF. When the original Founder was killed, she took over. Called Moore by most people, but Miss Moore by Wolf siblings. She is 19 years old, and has military training from her family. She doesn't remember much from her past. Only that Tigger isn't her real name, but simply a nickname. But she doesn't care. She usually comes off as a sarcastic and stoic person, but jokes with her closest friends. She prefers not to show any emotion. She doesn't want anyone to see her vulnerable, and she believes it wouldn't be good if anyone saw their commanding officer having a breakdown. She is bipolar, and cannot control her emotions. She is also Empathic after getting Yukiko's blood. She has certain feelings for Wolf, but refuses to admit it to anyone, including herself. She is highly agile and fast. She has blonde hair that she always has pulled up into a ponytail, and is almost always seen wearing black knee high leather boots, black turtle neck and dark blue jeans.

Founder Quigs, 30 years old. Use to be the Founder of DSF, but was KIA because he was a dumbass to be in the battlefield surrounded by UN soldiers will almost. Most people call him quigs and not only that a lot of DSF soldiers like the founder because he was as a great friend and respect him same goes to other soldiers but not all and no he not a bitch. Tried to help civilians and his own organization but sometimes could lead to disaster. Quigs honestly was afraid of the Co-Founder and tries to get him away from Quigs but other time he doesn't. But his legacy isn't being followed which makes DSF actually goods guy's not bad guys working for corrupted governments like the [DATA EXPUNGED] but anyway he was killed by the UN and their some DSF soldiers follow him even in death apparently. Quigs has mix of brown and black hair and brown eyes. He was a nice guy most of the time, but can curse a lot and he likes crude humor but yeah let's not go there but he sometimes can be a asshole and wants a person to do that but he doesn't force them though. Except Wolf, if someone disagreed with him he would send Wolf off to kill them.
