Chapter 1 The Battle Begins

Hey Guys! Author here! Welcome to the new story. Really looking forward to this one. I say that about all my stories. But it is true. I really look forward to all of my stories. This one I'm looking forward to because Bakugan, Pokemon, and Bayblade were my childhood. I still have all of my Bakugan and their cards under my bed.

Righty! Enough talk.

I know this is gonna sound weird, but one day, my whole word changed. Ya see, these cards started falling from the sky. Comin' down like rain. At first we didn't know where they were all comin' from, or who sent them. We only knew that were more than just ordinary playing cards. And it was happening all around the world. In the north, in the south. They landed everywhere.

Together with my knew online friends from around the world, we invented a wicked new game called Bakugan. That's when the power of the cards was reviled. Each one held it's own battling beast which came alive when you throw it down. Battles were intense and if chose the wrong card, you lost it, and the beast inside.

But that's only half the story, another even bigger battle was taking place in a parallel universe called Vestroia.

My name is Y/n. And together with my friends Dan, Runo, Marucho, Julie, not to mention mister hot shot himself Shun, and Alice, We are the Bakugan Battle Brawlers!

(Just so you know, I'll be doing this with intro's and outro's like in the tv show.)

Your POV

I hop off my bike and run inside my house. I catch a glimpse of my mom doing some kind of Yoga in the living room in front of the TV as I run up to my room.

"Hey, Mom. I'm home!" I shout as I rush up the stairs to my room.

"Y/n! I have your lunch in the fridge. Be sure to eat dear!" She shouts after me.

"Sure thing Mom! I'll be down in a minute!" I call back.

I look out the window in my room and smile. It is a beautiful day out, sun is shinning, grass is green and the trees are full of leaves. I take a moment to admire this, but only a moment. I'm on the clock.

I turn to my desk and take out a small metal box.

"Ok. Let me check out which ones I'll take with me." I say as I drop my backpack off at the door of my room.

"Ok, I'll take this," I pick up my Robotalian, "Oh, definitely gonna want Juggernoid," I take Juggernoid, "Oh yeah, Falconeer for sure! All set!" I smile as I drag my thumb across my lower chin.

I put all my Bakugan in my clip, double check to make sure I have the right cards and then rush down the stairs.

"Y/n! Your lunch is ready, and it's getting cold!" My mother calls.

"Well, you kinda put it in the fridge." I respond.

"Don't get smart with me young man."

"Sorry Mom." I say as I head for the door.

"Aren't you forgetting something?" I hear from behind me.

I stop mid stride and close my eyes. I sigh, smile and turn around. I open my eyes to see my mother standing there with crossed arms. I hug her and kiss her cheek.

"Love ya Mom." I say.

"I love you too big guy." She hugs and kisses back.

"I'll try to be back for dinner, but I don't know what Dan has planned."
