Loving a Dragon (male reader X toothless)

Chapter 1: The Handsome Mystery Man

You wake up in a hut and you have no idea what has happened. All you can see is the man who saved you talking to a old woman with a large staff. She sees that you are awake and signals the man that you are conscious. The man turns to you and seems to sigh in relief. He walks over to you and sits on the ground so you to are at eye level, you realize he has very beautiful eyes and that he has the appendages of a night fury. You look up to him and he starts to speak.

"My owner would not be happy that I brought you here but I had to help you from that fall and the poison from the Slithersong that protected you didn't make matters any better so I had to get you away from those dragons." The last bit makes you sit up as quick as a roadrunner and shout

"Oh my Thor, What did you do to Poison and Amberwind!?!?" He looks at you with surprise and just as he is about to answer you see a man with brown locks and a lady with blonde hair walk in and and look at you with shock.

The handsome man tells them what had happened and you see both of them in shock. They are about to run out the door till you start to have a vision, the vision shows that Drago is in danger and that all dragon and Viking kind will be threatened if his plans work. You awake from your vision to see the man and the couple stand there in quite shock and confused as well as others that weren't there before. You ask them what is wrong and one of them pulls out a mirror to show you what's wrong.

The reflection shows that you are bleeding from the eyes a little and they are regaining color. You yelp in fright as you drop the mirror but the man catches it and gives it back to it's owner. You ask to be alone with the man with night fury appendages.

The Vikings are hesitant but agree to let him see her alone. So you tell him your name. "Your quite the hunk you know, by the way my name is (Y/N)." Great job (Y/N), you think to yourself as you blush and as you go through the embarrassment the man greets himself.

"Well hello there (Y/N), My name is Toothless and this is Berk. Don't worry about the compliment, I get that a lot from girls but I'm more into guys. Don't tell my master, ok?" You agree not to tell his master and you tell him that you may wear dresses but you are a boy. This shocks the man and makes him blush hard. You both giggle and agree to meet up where Poison and Amberwind are.

After two hours of rest, you are alright and ready to go, but Gothi asks you a question and you seem to understand it and tell her to just follow the weird and new song to find her. Gothi agrees and you leave the hut.

You travel down the mountain like it was a flat path but to your surprise you have your wings out again you quickly try to hide them but Toothless seems to see you as you look at him you think that he is staring at you because he thinks your a freak. You run to the woods and as you run you hear someone chasing you, you look behind to see him running after you. You run as fast as you can to the cove and jump to land on Amberwind just in time, the dragons sense the dangers and hiss before you take off.

With tears streaming down your face, you look back at Toothless but to your surprise he transforms into a night fury and flys after you. You try stoping Amberwind but you fall and instinct kicks in as you transform into a Razorwhip and gently land on the ground. As you do so, your dragons are amazed at the amount of dragon nature that runs through your body. Soon though, after you turn back to human, you turn around and are staring face to face again with Toothless but this time he has concern in his eyes he hugs you and says, "I finally found someone just like me."

With those words exiting his mouth you hug him in return you felt his stomach area and feel his well defined muscles. He chuckles as you blush while doing so. You then realize that his lips are close to yours and you feel so special to him even though you just met yesterday.

So with his lead you kiss. The kiss was short but beautiful and you wonder wether or not if he is single. You ask, "Um, Toothless, are you single?" You ask him as he just stands there smiling. He responds

"No I'm not single, in fact, I was just about to ask someone the same thing." You are saddened but before you are ready to take off you get pulled into a long kiss, tears start to fall down your face as you ask why he kissed you. He answers, "Because I was talking about you silly." He says before he starts to tickle me. You laugh so hard from the tickling but soon realize that there are people looking at you weird at the entrance of the cove. It was the couple that had entered the hut and interrupted Toothless' greeting.

The two walk down a path you did not see before and start walking towards you and Toothless, you sense danger and tell him to get behind you. He did as you said and as soon as you turn around the man is only a few feet away from me. He greets himself to you, "Hi, I'm Hiccup Hillodious Haddock the III, and you are?" You tell him who you are.

"Well hello Hiccup, I'm (F/N) (M/N) Bludvist, it's nice to meet you." Hiccup looks at you in shock and you wonder why he is in shock till you see him draw a sword out. Poison must have heard the noise because he launched himself between you and Hiccup with anger in her eyes.

You soon see that Hiccup is now shocked to see that you have trained a Slitherwing. "Do you even know what this dragon is?" He asked as he put the sword away. You answer. "Toothless here says that it is a Slitherwing but that is impossible because I should have died by now." The two riders looked shocked that you already did know what the dragon was capable of and that you had not treated herself with the antidote yet.

You start to wonder if you were ever normal to them till Toothless had did something you wish you would die doing until now. He pinched you hard enough for you to morph into a Terrible Terror and land on Hiccup's shoulder. You yell at him as to why he did that. He only responds. "Well at least now he knows your like me, but better," you question why he says that then respond in a very flirty manner. "Oh your going to get it when I see you again." He blushes then you transform into a human, you gasp when you realized where you were and who you were with. You start to giggle at him for the blush. Hiccup looks at you for a second and asked why you were acting so flirty with his dragon. Your eyes widened as big as a squid's eye when you hear this and then tell them it's nothing. The blonde lady greeted herself, "My name is Astrid, sorry if we ask but did a witch do this to you?" You answer her question.

"Hi Astrid, no I was born with these powers. My father was a shapeshifter and my mother was a dragon. My father died when he didn't bring our cheif who is also my uncle, Drago Bludvist, a Bewilderbeast and my mom had been captured while my uncle fought the war. He found this special Dagger that belongs to my mom, it's a Deathsong Amber Dagger with The Sapphire of Dragons. Its a legendary weapon used against enemies you wish could live a better life, so you stab the enemy and the clock goes back to when they are babies and resets their lives."

You look at their bewildered faces as they stare at the weapon. Hiccup asks, "Dose the weapon actually work?" You reply. "Yes but it will only work on those you wish to have their lives reset."

Astrid asks a question next. "Dose it bring people back from the dead?" You reply. "Yes, but at a terrible price." They both look at each other with concern she asks, "What is this price?" You answer with tears in your eyes. "You will be turned into a life like statue of yourself made of obsidian." You start to cry into Toothless' chest as he soothes you as you tell them how your uncle killed a village using the dagger for trickery.

The three of them look at you in concern. You look up into Toothless' eyes and do something that he was surprised with but took anyway. You jump up and kiss him deeply. Hiccup is shocked as he sees Toothless let you kiss him. They ask if you have a boyfriend and you look at Toothless for a second.

"Well do I?" He responds with a giggle. "Of course you were kissing him after all." The four of us laugh at the joke till you see a vision of Hiccup holding up your heart and your dieing body on the ground. You return to a worried group. And they said this time they could tell what you saw. You looked at Hiccup with concern in hopes that it will never happen.
