Poseidons Daughter

Nico started showing me around and explained that I'm a demigod, and what it is.

I was confused, but not surprised. "And over there is the beach..." He pointed to the ocean. Nico didn't look like wanted to show me around. I kind of felt hurt but...I had bigger problems.

I felt like I had to go to the ocean. I started walking. "Where are you going??" Nico asked, following behind. I shook my head. "I just feel like I have to-" my voice trailed off as I stopped in the water.

"What are y-" he gasped.

The water around me shimmered bright blue. It went above my head and wrapped up like a arch. "Your the daughter of Po-" Nico started, then a Centaur came out behind a tree. "Daughter of Poseidon" he said.

The ocean went back to being the ocean, like nothing happened.

"Chiron!!! I was looking for you!!" A boy with black hair and sea green eyes ran up beside the half horse- half human.

"But...Chiron, children of Poseidon don't look anything like her!! She has blond hair and brown eyes, when Percy has black hair and green eyes!! It makes no sense!!" Nico explained.

I snorted. "Wait...I have a father...he even have some of his qualities!!"

Chiron shook his head. "He isn't your real father, and Nico!! The ocean has claimed her, she is Percy's sister."

The boy with the black hair was staring at me, his jaw dropped. "You are my-"

That's Percy, I guessed, my new brother.

"Well I did almost get stuck by lightning once..." I said, joking, even though it was true.

Percy started showing me around and introducing me to kids. Nico was still following.

"Uh...Percy??" Nico asked.

"Yeah??"

"Can I uh...hang out with your sister later??"

I froze.

Percy smiled. "Sure, if she wants to.." They both looked at me.

My face felt hot. Was Nico trying to ask me out??!!!

"I uh....sure I guess..."

Nico nodded. "See you later then, met me by Thalia's tree at five." With that, he ran off.

A lot to take in, in one day.

At five, I wore my camp shirt and jeans, with my hair down.

I walked up the hill and saw Nico with a girl....what??!!!

"Hey!! This is Madeline, daughter of Hesta."

"Hi!! Call me Mady!!" The girl was wearing the camp shirt with a black jacket and dark blue jeans. Her hair was chocolate brown and flowing down her back.

"Uh..hi I'm Kayla, daughter of Poseidon"

Mady jumped back.

Nico nodded.

"So..uh what did you want me here for??"

"We are going into the city and stuff," Nico said, taking our hands.

Ugh....I'm so confused...

In the beginning of the story it said skylar, that's her middle name and she some times likes to be called it.
