A Dam Demi God's Life

Oh no...

I opened my eyes, to see myself looking up at my father. He didn't look like the father I saw earlier....oh no.

"Mady got you!!" I yelled.

He smirked.

"No...." I stepped back. "NO!!! Dad!!! It's me!!"

"I know who you are, my daughter, you are a fool.....you can't beat her," he said, laughing.

"Dad!!! Stop!!! Fight it!!!" I cried.

"No!!" He boomed. "You should just give up"

"No!!! Dad I need to save you!!!"

He disappeared and I appeared in a cave.

"My father isn't gone yet...I can't go on olympus...." Said a voice in the dark.

"My dad is....your Artemis, aren't you??"

A girl with brown hair, lit a candle. "Yes my dear...I'm sorry you have to go though this."

I nodded. "I want my dad to be ok..." I muttered.

"As do I..."

"Why am I here??"

"I'm telling you there is more gods and goddess out there, not under her power, waiting for you to help them!!"

I froze. "Why is it me??!!"

"The prophecy...." She said sadly.

"I may die in the end....I need to wake up and tell them!!!"

She looked up at me and I shot up out of my bed.

I was sweating and breathing heavy.

Percy was sitting on his bed. His eyes widen. "KAYLA???!!!!!"

I jumped back. "Ow!!! Dude!!! What the freak??!!!"

He hugged me, it was sorta awkward.

"Your have been out for a week...." He was...crying??!! "We thought you were dead!!"

"Dad....Percy...he"

My brother saw my face and his looked like he just died inside.

"Dad...he is taken over...but Artemis and Zeus is still with us and some others," I couldn't look into his eyes.

He nodded slowly. "I'm going to tell Annabeth about her mom..." He stood and walked out.

I quickly jumped to my feet and ran to the Hades cabin. I banged on the door. A few milliseconds later, Nico swing it open.

"My dad is gone..." I let out a sob.

He face looked sad and worried.

I fell into his chest. "Shhh.....it's ok...we will stop her..."

Nico closed the door behind me and brought me over to the bed.

He sat down and pulled me onto his lap. I cried and he rubbed my head.

"Everything will be alright...." He whispered.

I looked up at him. "Sorry...I needed someone to cry on..."

He smiled a little. "You think I had anything to do??"

I laughed a little. "Haha very funny."

He chuckled. "Kayla....you will be fine....we will do this together."

I nodded. "Nico??"

"Yeah??"

"When are we going on the quest??"

"Chiron said in a few days, he is trying to reach Zues."

I nodded and layed down, hopeing I won't have a any nightmares for a nap.
