Chapter 20: Back To Reality

Lauren woke up from her dream/ flashback, " you good, princess." "of course." lauren smiled. She lifted from where she was laying and realized she was still in jail,sleeping on the cold hard ground with a blanket. She Sat and contemplated life in only 30 seconds. "WHAT THE FUCK ARE WE STILL DOING HERE?" she screamed scaring normani and a two other girls 
"AND WHERE ARE MY BABIES?!" Lauren said concerning guards outside the cell "babe, please, chill the kids are with dinah I promised them we'd be back and when you were asleep I plead to keep tyler." Lauren face lit up "and...mani what was their answer?" "Yes, but you aren't able to see him for a couple years due to neglect and abuse ." Normani looked at the ground, holding Lauren. Lauren fell to her knees and bawled her eyes out.

Dinah's house ~
"So how's auntie's babies?" Dinah said hugging the minatuare lauren's and normani's "fine, tía dinah." Tyler said smiling "what's your favorite thing to do?" "Play wrestling with mama but she's gone, forever." Tyler lips quivered. Dinah quickly embraced the sad child "ipo...sorry, sweetheart your moms will be back sooner than you can say "Gucci" speaking of Gucci who wants to go shopping." Dinah said smiling "meee." All three of the kids screamed.

Jailhouse-
"Fuck, why do I have to suffer?"
"Babe, I promise you we will facetime you everyday."
"Mani, I want to hold them until they grow up, get married and have kids and even then I want to be there to see everything I don't want to miss any of it." Lauren sniffles
"I will make sure you never miss a thing, baby"
"Promise?" Lauren said sticking out her pinky
"Promise." Normani said sticking out her pinky linking it with lauren's and kissing it. "Ok when do we get out of here?" Lauren says whipping her tears away
"Right now"
"The fuck are you doing here?" Normani says frowning
"Normani,just be glad I'm helping you two out."
"Whatever,Cabello." The guards let out the two women "Lauren you miss me." 
"You.. Ha Fuck no."
"Well why not?" Camila said clueless "Fuck you don't get it do you? you betrayed me you should be in that fucking cell you should be feeling pain not me I should've been spared but instead I've been pushed over the ledge of happiness into the pits of hell I'm losing every single peace sainty inside of me day by day and I feel like I have no control over it." Lauren said finally taking a deep breath and hugging onto normani for comfort. "You know what I am sorry so sorry for everything, I wasn't thinking I was young and naïve and I've caused so much damage to our relationship, I'm really sorry." Camila said putting lauren's hand in hers. Lauren fliches. "I promise I'll never hurt you again." She kissed lauren's hand leaving a tear behind, Lauren smiled faintly holding camila's face in the palm of her hand. "Normani, I apologize for my actions toward you as well I realize I took freedom from you and because I was selfish let this happen please forgive me." Normani smiled and nodded "you're doing a good deed,Cabello."
Lauren
"Hi mama"
What? Am I dreaming right now I heard mama.
"Mama,mama behind you."
I turned around to meet the most beauifulest green eyes full of pur love and an identical face of mine run up to me. "Oh míjo, mama misses you do much now look at me,bébé mama's going to be gone for awhile I need you to stay strong and take care of mommy and the twins for me,ok?" Tyler shakes his head trying to hold back his tears, which fall down slowly. "Baby, mama loves you very much  I'm so sad that I leave you and the girls because you guys are my world I never thought that this would happen but in this situation I want you to be happy and stay positive, know that mama is always with you no matter how long the trip is or how far it is I'm right next to you...never forget that... Give the girls kisses for me ok?" Tyler nods bursting into tears, Lauren onto him tight crying into his small shoulder. "Ok, bébé give mama kisses." Lauren says wiping her tears away from her and Tyler's eyes. Tyler kisses his mother's cheek for the last time for a while. Lauren smiles and gildes her hand down her sons face then smothers him with kisses that make him giggle. "Lauren, I got get you to the plane come on." Lauren frowns and quickly hops up to kiss her wife passionately. "Where are my baby girls?" "MAMAAAAA!" Lauren breathes a happy sighs and smothers the two with lots of kisses. "LAUREN, NOW!" Lauren walks to camila's car and looks back at her beautiful family and mouths "I love you" and draws a air heart. They draw air hearts back and mouth "we love you more" and with that Lauren waves her last goodbye to everyone as she closes the car door. She watches her family wave goodbye to her and soon fade.

Delta Air lines
"The flight to washington,D.C., has arrived." The moniter announces. Lauren grabs her luggage and walks to the medium line of people going to Washington, D.C., Once she was settled in her seat alone she stared out the window thinking about the many years she'll miss of her family growing bigger and bigger, she was scared she would miss so much but she remebered everything her and normani did to get their family the way it was, from a normani's father's old tool room to an apartment to a four story mansion and three beautiful children, they worked very hard for what they had which gave Lauren the greatest idea.
