Naruto and the group ran at a low chunin pace towards Konoha making small conversation on there way there.

" So what all happened in Konoha after I was banished," Naruto asked them curious as to the state of the village.

" Well, to put it bluntly, everything went to shit," Shikamaru said with a straight face, Naruto elevated slightly, " As soon as word got out that you were banned from Konoha, Suna cut all ties with Konoha, and Nami no Kuni closed their borders to Konoha affiliated and closed all trade ports with us," Shikamaru finished. 

" Oh, I would have loved to see the faces of those council members when the news came," Naruto said with a sadistic smile gracing his lips. The Konoha team all looked at Naruto weirdly. ' I guess it was foolish to think that after all that has happened he would still be the same,' Kakashi thought was a head shake and a sweat drop.

" This walk is awfully dull ne," Naruto said with a sadistic grin on his face. Team Konoha stared at Naruto warily as Naruto eyes narrowed at them.

" I-I guess y-you could say that w-would would you suggest we d-do," Shikamaru stuttered out hesitantly as Naruto's eyes seemed to emit a glow twice as bright compared to its normal glow.

" Dodge," Naruto said as four blunted kunai made of chakra appeared in both of his hands. Team Konoha had no time to question Naruto due to them having to dodge Naruto's kunai that replaced the space their head previously resided.

" *Tch* Full speed towards Konoha, and make sure to dodge if you don't want to die," Shikamaru screamed to his team as they dodged more kunai although it seemed as if the kunai heading toward Hinata always disappeared before they could hit her, peculiar.

Naruto laughed sadistically as he easily kept pace with them although he stayed behind them to keep throwing kunai and giggling wildly. Naruto suddenly stopped throwing kunai when he heard the sounds of various footsteps coming from his southwest. ' Team Konoha couldn't have gotten behind me that fast and there are way too many footsteps even if they had all simultaneously emptied their chakra reserves on shadow clones. 

Naruto leaked his chakra into the wind and got a mental picture of what he was up against. ' Hmm, three hundred of them, let's see 75 jonin level nin and the rest range from high to mid chunin, they're not playing around,' Naruto thought with an unsettling grin on his face.

Naruto turned towards the footsteps and channeled chakra into his legs before he disappeared leaving a large crater in his wake. 

Naruto had covered the space between him and the small army in less than a second. " Wow, I almost forgot how fast I am," Naruto said sheepishly as he stretched a little with his back to the confused and now slightly weary army. Who Naruto assumed to be the head jonin due to his high reserves stepped forward. ' Mhh Iwa and Kumo nin interesting,' Naruto thought smiling as his chakra gave a brief outline of the symbols on their headbands.

" Hey foreigner you better move if you know what's good for you, unless you're affiliated with Konoha then stay so we can skin you and send you to your village as a present," The cocky jonin said trying to sound intimidating while flaring his weak K.I. at Naruto. Naruto stopped moving causing the small army to start sniggering. 

Naruto shoulders started moving up and down as if he were crying. The army started laughing because they thought they scared him to the point of tears. Naruto's chuckles got louder and more noticeable as the army stopped laughing too look at the man, had he gone insane in fear. 

Naruto's chuckled turned into a mad laughter before he paused. Naruto did not bother to turn around as he bent backward with a smile on his face and looked the jonin right in the eyes. " You, kill me, give it a try," Naruto said as he let ten percent of his suppressed chakra free easily putting him higher than Kage level.
