The City

She walked through the large, busy city streets. She wore a light brown-wool coat that reached her knees and ripped jeans. Everyone she saw looked so different.

The unusual trends of clothing brought a smile to her face. All the colors and the bright atmosphere made her happy. This is what she longed for. She could hardly believe where she was.

Yoongi would be so jealous. Yoongi was her childhood friend who always believed she would reach the city one day, and helped her be where she was right now.

He sacrificed so much for her.

'I will go back one day, and find him, and save him how he saved me.'  She thought, sadly. 'I miss him, I wish he was here he would know what to do.'

She walked the streets trying not to attract any attention to herself. She scanned the stores that lined the streets for a Hotel or at least a Motel.

She was captivated by the bright lights of the cars. She had never seen a car before, or even a sky rise. Everything was so new, even the smells of food stalls was. Her stomach grumbled.

She grabbed her stomach, she was hungry. With all the running, she had forgotten about the things she needed.

After trying to find something familiar in this maze-like city, she saw a sign that read'bus stop'.

'A bus stop! I remember! I can travel on it by paying money. Ahhh money...Oh, that's right! Suga oppa gave me a pouch with money in it!' She thought to herself.

She rested her bag on the bus stop seat and after digging through it, she found the small, leather pouch. She opened it and found 806,975.00 won inside ( $1000 Australian dollars).

This should be plenty for a bus and a hotel room! She told herself. She waited at the bus stop for 30 minutes, when the bus finally arrived.

She had read into the things she would need when she went to the city before hand, so she knew about how buses functioned.

She paid the driver and sat toward the back of the bus next to a boy. He was asleep.

The rest of the bus was full, so she had to sit next to a stranger even though she preferred to be by herself. She glanced at him leaning gently against the window. He looked so peaceful.

He had light brown hair, styled into a bowl cut.

He suddenly turned, still half asleep, and his head drooped down. It looked uncomfortable. She knew his head would be sore when he awoke.

Without thinking, she gently moved his head onto her shoulder. She didn't dare look at him in case she woke him up.

'What am I doing??!!! ' She yelled at herself internally.

The bus stopped  a few moments later close to a hotel. She panicked. She didn't want to move, so the stranger could sleep. But this was her chance to get a hotel room before it was too late.

While she was thinking the bus continued to move. Her mind was made up for her.

After 10 minutes, the stranger suddenly sat up right. He startled her. His eyes were wide with confusion.

"I-I'm so sorry!" The boy mumbled quickly, starring at the small girl sitting before him.

"It's fine, you just looked uncomfortable." She said honestly, looking down at her shoes.

"Thank you...w-what's your name?" He said watching her curiously.

"oh, I'm Yu Na Kim. And you are...?" She replied cautiously..Who was this boy and why was he questioning her?

"I'm JungKook" he glanced out the window "..uh...this is my stop..again, thank you..." he smiled slightly, and as quickly as he awoke, he disappeared out onto the street.

Yuna watched him walk away through the window. Why did he want to know her name? She wasn't sure what to do now. Or where to go. The next stop, she decided to get off.

As she stood up to leave, she tripped over something. As she looked down, she realized that there was a random bag next to her. She grabbed her bag and the other bag and left the bus.

As she searched the bag she found a black wallet inside. Yuna observed the cards inside the wallet and saw an ID.

"Jeon Jungguk" She read loud.

The reality hit her. It was that boy's bag!

'How am I supposed to return it to him?'

She read the ID again and saw a phone number and an address. Yuna didn't have a phone, so she knew she would have to go to his house and return it to him.

"Dongho-ro 15-gil" Yuna remembered a sign a while back.

She knew she wouldn't be able to just walk there. So she began looking for a place to stay. A short while passed and she crossed a 24-7 motel.

After booking a room she placed her bag on a small desk in the corner of the room. A single bed lay in the center, with a bed side table and a small bathroom.

Exhausted, she fell onto the bed falling asleep instantly.

   .     .     .

"Who was the boy?"

"Why did he want to know her name?"

"Will he be at home when she goes to visit him?"

ONLY TIME WILL TELL
