Every inch of my body vibrates as the music blasts through the speakers making it impossible to hear anything else than the music. I only see neon lights, everything is blue, yellow, red, pink and green, bodies are pressed up against each other and the temperature is rising with each passing moment. All I want is to let loose and forget everything that happened today.
I make my way to the bar and ignore some stares as some people start guessing who I am. I order three tequilas and drink the straight. My stomach churns as the alcohol slides down my throat and I can't hold a few coughs back but I recover soon.
The tank top hugs my body tightly and leaves not too much to the imagination when it comes to my cleavage. The short pencil skirt I have on barely covers my ass and I'm earning quite a few approving and hungry stares from males and jealous glares from females. But tonight I don't give a fuck about anything. I'm here to go wild and I'm not gonna waste any time I have.
It doesn't even take more than five minutes when a tall, dark haired stranger appears next to me and asks if he could buy me a drink. I gift him with a smug smile as I push my chest out even more and nod my head. A moment later I have a vodka soda in my hands and I drink it up at once earning an amused smile from the hot guy.
"What's your name, beautiful?" he asks leaning to my ear and his breath tickles my neck. I feel his hands gently grabbing onto my waist and I have no intention in pushing him away. Not today.
"Rita," I answer telling him a fake name.
"I'm Joshua. Want to dance?" Raising his eyebrows at me his eyes wander down to my lips that I bite into before grabbing his hands and pulling him after me into the dancing crowd.
We skip the awkward part where you just try to map the boundaries, I go straight to the hot, touchy dancing and I'm not afraid to let my bitchy side make an appearance. My body is pressed against his hard chest, his hands are gripping on my hips as we move in sync. I throw my arms around his neck and let one of his hand slide up and down on my side while lacing my fingers into his hair. His face is next to mine when I tilt my head back and rest it on his shoulder, I push my ass against his crotch and I can already feel him hardening in his pants. A smirk appears on my red lips as I close my eyes, I feel his lips nib on my earlobe and I close my eyes fully giving myself into the feeling.
It's only then when I feel a sudden feeling coming over my heated body. Joshua's touch feels foreign and oddly unwanted all of a sudden and I almost push him away but I stop myself. I clench my eyelids so tight I start to see sparkles until I open them again. Is this really what I want? Why am I not enjoying this as much as I want to?
Because he is not Justin.
The thought of Justin creeps its way into my mind so intensely I fall out of rhythm for a moment but quickly pull myself together so Joshua must have thought I just faltered. I continue dancing with my eyes shut, but I'm close to a breaking point. I don't feel comfortable with his hands all over my body even though I gave him an open invitation. My sweaty hair sticks to my shoulders and neck and I feel his hands go lower to my thighs. I'm just about to snap his hands away from me before he could go under my skirt when all of a sudden every physical contact stops.
Opening my eyes I turn around but I don't process everything that happens right in that moment. I see Joshua holding his nose with a painful frown on his face, and then someone grabs my wrist and drags me out of the crowd. I almost fall because the pace is too fast for my drunk legs and it takes me a few moments to realize it's Justin who is pulling me forcefully. I try to snap his hand away but his grip is too hard, almost hurtful.
"Justin, stop!" I shout at him but I don't think he hears my voice over the music. People jump out of his way and stare at us starstruck while all I do is just roll my eyes.
