Pokemon Characters x Reader one-shots [Requests Open]

Red x Reader

This is my first time writing an x reader story, so bear with me!!

Requested by: My search of "Hot Pokemon Guys" on Pinterest. 

I will accept requests for both male and female readers, and any character, and specific traits, (EX: Tsundere Green x Short Female reader) Anything, but be sure to specify anime, games, or manga.

Your POV

I climbed up the frigid mountain of the Johto region, Mount Silver. I had heard from Green that our childhood friend, Red, was there. It had been almost five years since both Red and Green had beaten the Pokemon League and become the Champion, although, unfortunately for Green, he just had bad timing, to say the least. According to Green, Red had gone up there to file out the weaker trainers - only the toughest trainers could make it up without chickening out. Thankfully, I had my (F/T/P) with me to keep me warm. 

After what seemed to be hours, I finally made it up to the top of Mount Silver. With one last pull, both me and (F/T/P) made it to the top. It was surprisingly flat. Flat enough to build a house. I thought. As though I had ESP, I then saw a small wooden hut nearby a spruce forest. I can't see any signs of Red, so I go over to the hut and knock on the surprisingly smooth wooden door. I wait a few moments, then I hear a shuffling of feet to get to the door. 

The door swings open revealing a very tired-looking Red. I notice his eyes widen slightly at the sight of me before he returned to his usual stoic face. He makes a nodding gesture to let me in and I follow him into his house. The interior was surprisingly warm and I wondered how he got the insulation to work up here. 

We sit down on a couch. Did he order all of this furnishing to come up here? This isn't made out of wood... My thoughts are interrupted. "(Y/N)" I jump, this is the first time that I've heard Red speak in five years! His voice is so deep! 

"Y-yes?" I blush a deep crimson.

"Why.... are you.... here?" Red says, taking breaks between his words. He did always struggle with stringing together words, that's why he didn't speak much.

"I came here to see you! You're my best friend, after all!" I smile at him and he smiled back, making me melt - I had forgotten how much I loved that smile!

We look over to the other side of the room, watching Pika get along with (F/T/P). I laugh at the sight of them~ they're best friends~! I feel a warm hand on my cheek, pulling me to be face-to-face with Red, only inches apart from him.

"They're so.... close," Red whispers, making me blush again, "We.... could be.....too." He softly kisses my lips, making my face heat up yet again before kissing him back. 

"I like you a lot, (Y/N)." Red spoke to me without stuttering or pausing. 

"I-I like you, too!"
